21/12/2022 09:04 | Massive re-rate overdue. Will be driven stateside of course as seemingly still no-one knows about it over here | jbravo2
21/12/2022 09:01 | Capstone Copper valuation 3.3bn CAD. Taseko Mines valuation 600m CAD. | someuwin
21/12/2022 08:23 | Thanks Someuwin. Canaccord summarised my post last night so much better! | rimau1
21/12/2022 08:07 | New Canaccord Genuity note ends with... "...In our view, securing this financing is a positive move for the company. The stream component is equivalent (in terms of effective cost) to our assumption of a 2% royalty on gross value, for a consideration US$50m, while the effective option price of US$100m for 10% interest in the project implies a US$1bn valuation (100% basis), which is higher than our US$642m asset valuation (though we note that we have made conservative assumptions on costs). Additionally, given that this transaction may be viewed as a phased farm-in, the third party validation of the project from an existing copper market participant should provide investors with higher confidence in the in-situ recovery technology that has been tested and (in our view) significantly de-risked by the company. We view TKO as a quality operator, with ongoing cash flow to support the development of a high quality project in Florence. The company remains undervalued (in our view), trading at a P/NAV of just ~0.45x. Maintain BUY rating and 215p/C$3.30 target price." | someuwin
20/12/2022 19:36 | Absolutely rimau Eventually the market realises that hard cash is paid by someone at that valuation and therefore the share price can't really remain where it was. | jbravo2
20/12/2022 18:30 | Good news today, been a while coming but for all of us who have been in a while it reiterates the value play here. Still remains my preferred copper play at the mo. Plenty of upside to come imo. | baddeal
20/12/2022 17:41 | This is really good news as it reiterates the companies valuation gap. Flo after tax NPV is $850m (consistent with todays announcement of a pretax $100m for 10%) Gib is worth another $1bn, deduct $0.4bn of debt and you can today buy a company at a market cap of roughly $0.6bn that has a sum of the parts of CAD1.5bn. This excludes all the other medium term projects such as yellowhead. I think most of us topped up <£1 so looking good for a re-rate. There should be no reason to sell TKO with the US renewed emphasis on energy security FLO is vital. | rimau1
20/12/2022 16:24 | Excellent news. | someuwin
20/12/2022 16:13 | Brilliant news 100m for 10% and the chance of premium pricing the product. What’s not to love? | jbravo2
20/12/2022 15:02 | Awesome, bargain prices. | aim0raider
20/12/2022 13:41 | Cracking update no? Views? | qs99
07/12/2022 08:57 | Looking to exploit sulphide ores at Gib in the future | jbravo2
14/11/2022 23:19 | Oh dear QS You clearly don’t understand the reality of the situation at PXC. No production in 2023 for sure. Probably not in 2024 either You got it AIM0Raider. Flo very close now… finally! | jbravo2
14/11/2022 20:27 | If this holds, near enough a break of the 200ma. Stage 2 breakout clearly in sight now. | aim0raider
11/11/2022 15:48 | Indeed.....like PXC for 2023 and beyond, but TKO esp if FLO....etc etc! Blackrock just taken $s into ATYM which is v. encouraging. | qs99
11/11/2022 07:58 | And IMO TKO and ATYM have very credible plans for a substantially larger future - not just the tailwind of Copper | tightfist
11/11/2022 07:36 | Agree re TKO and ATYM... they are producers.PXC are a long way off producing | jbravo2
10/11/2022 19:31 | Copper moving sharply higher. IMO if it breaks $4 again, then likes of TKO, PXC, ATYM should benefit nicely DYOR | qs99
08/11/2022 17:03 | Having a good day now | jbravo2
05/11/2022 11:53 | Maybe the moves in Copper will bring the more inquisitive copper investors sniffing at our door. IMHO looks as though that may have started developing on Friday afternoon. .O/T: Maybe Rambler RMM is worth something after all...... | tightfist
04/11/2022 14:18 | copper motoring nicely, TKO progressing nicely and under the radar, nice "gem" IMO! DYOR | qs99
04/11/2022 11:01 | cracking update IMO....DYOR and crazy prize given impending Flo! | qs99
04/11/2022 07:45 | Yes, I like the prudent hedging underpinnings of the Gibraltar operation, whist new-era low-impact Florence operation (which should represent 70+% capacity increase) hopefully clears the final permitting hurdle..... by then, the US economy recovery should be well underway. Patience required! | tightfist
04/11/2022 07:36 | Strong results. All set for Florence before year end | jbravo2
02/11/2022 07:32 | Can we now have some of the Canadian chart action, please..... | tightfist |
