Tarsus announces that it was notified yesterday that on 19 April 2018, Minevco Limited, a company in which Neville Buch, Chairman, holds a controlling interest, purchased 24,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 306.35p per share.

Neville Buch's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 9,045,918 Shares, representing approximately 7.99 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
