Capital Markets Seminar and Trading Update

Capital Markets Seminar

Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus" or the "Group") is hosting a Capital Markets Seminar for analysts and investors later today to be held at Saddlers' Hall, 40 Gutter Lane, EC2V 6BR at 4pm. The event will provide insight on the Group's Chinese operations, with a focus on Shenzhen.

No new material information will be made available.

Trading update

The Group's trading to date continues to be in line with our expectations with larger events performing well. Bookings for the full year 2018 are up 9% and buyers for the year to date are up 9%, both on a like for like basis. Bookings for the large 2019 events are also performing well.

A number of our larger events have recently taken place.

In the US, Labelexpo Americas achieved a record edition with an 83% rebook for its next edition. The biggest Connect event of the year was held in Salt Lake City and Painweek was held in Las Vegas with both performing in line with expectations. The latest edition of Off Price was steady in a weak retail environment. In Turkey, Zuchex achieved a record event with strong growth over its previous edition.

Foreign currency rates have been volatile across 2018 to date. The US dollar rate movements have had a marginally positive impact partially offsetting the weaker Turkish Lira.
