I like a lot of things about this - on trend with proven discoveries, billion barrel potential, high percentage of exploration costs refunded, big names like Exxon, BP, Chevron, Eni, Repsol all in the North Slope area and both conventional and shale plays to target. In short, a few bangs for your buck....

• Conventional oil discovery in the Kuparuk
sands (Beaufortian)
• Potential for similar discoveries in Icewine

This will rise into orbit soon once Great Bear start their drill. Forget 20% rises more like 200% rises with this mkp.
