Totally unacceptable, Harrison has destroyed more shareholder value than Harding, and she is supposed to have a better grasp of the business of telecoms than food retailing that Harding spent much of her career within.

Still no sign of a turnaround in price, drip, drip down. What is going on, is this company losing ground, or is the price being manipulated, but it is time questions over governance was asked here, are the major shareholders playing both sides of the fence and for what gain other than a privatisation on the cheap. Personally they have little to gain as Tosca is big underwater, and it needs to start pushing for action. Again I re-iterate how mismanaged this company has been, it is an absolute shocker installing puppets of Dunstone.

Still struggling to make sense of share price here. Heavy management buying in high 80's. More recently buy values exceed sell values, and a buy yesterday of about 240k at about 81.5. and yet we sit at 79p. I thought that if taking it private was on the way, there may be underhand shorting to push the share price down, but shorts are low at just over 1%.
I still think corporate activity is in the Offing but can't work out what

Why are Tosca not making a move at below 80p to take them above 30% where's the game plan. I've always estimated an offer around 40% above market, but we seem to be in the wrong place

What is up with this company, two women running consecutively the show for what seems to be destruction of shareholder value. I’d have thought the major shareholders would prefer their holdings to be increasing in value rather than in to the abyss!

On my watchlist call package goes to £12 from £6 next month apparently, also fibre increase with people at home, no summer hoildays, Also i note finance charge is half ish of profits just paid some debt down and interest loan notes rate lower, any comments?

Why pay to talk about TALK. on ADVFN? The last time I came across such a requirement the share price of the company concerned virtually if not literally went bust. That said, given the significantly large number of shares directors have bought recently, I really don't see this happening with TALK.. On my watch list.

It is interesting to peruse the latest (lengthy) Confirmation Statement dated 21/6/20 at Companies House for Daisy Group Holdings Limited which gives a list of Full details of Shareholders - including those that had ceased to be shareholders since the date of the previous Confirmation statement.

One notes that first accounts made up to 31st. March 2019 for TALKTALK BUSINESS DIRECT LIMITED - a TalkTalk Group subsidiary - are currently shown as OVERDUE at Companies House. Such accounts were due by 29/2/20.

Certain commentators may or may not think that it is somewhat unusual for TalkTalk to be behind with subsidiary filings at Companies House.
