The company has been shifting from a services-dominated business to more of its own software. The pipeline looks healthy for System C's flagship product, Medway, and it is in negotiations with 33 trusts. The main problem is the revenues could take a while to flow through to the company and there remains huge uncertainty over the sector following the Government's spending cuts.

Yet, the company has cash on the balance sheet and its enterprise value is 5.2 times earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation, according to Daniel Stewart. There should be some upside. Buy

Thanks, but why have they not been released in an RNS? Very strange.

Indeed. Really should be trading in the 50's. Decent results and some order wins should help. Suspect order wins are leaking (RNS soon?) Also still don;t understand how we get huge trades ever other week (ie % at a time) and yet no holding RNS. Baffled.

Is this one allowed to rise?

Could be due to results coming up shortly but it is a strange sight.

Excellent update, meeting expectations and very strong pipeline.

"The company has a growing sales pipeline numbering some thirty Trusts, and is currently bidding on five formal PAS/EPR procurements, five maternity projects, and various other clinical and departmental solutions"

Contract win with the MoD in Afghanistan:

System C wins MoD contract for healthcare software to support troops in Afghanistan.

System C has been selected to supply its Medway family of healthcare software to support UK and NATO troops fighting in Afghanistan.

The company will deploy its Medway Electronic Patient Record, clinical and patient management applications at the Ministry of Defence Medical Treatment Facility at Camp Bastion, Britain's main military base.

Situated in Helmand Province, Camp Bastion's state of the art hospital treats civilians and Afghan nationals, as well as multi-national military personnel working across the country.

Dr Ian Denley, chief executive of System C, said the company was proud to be selected for such an important job. "We are very pleased to have an opportunity to help support British and NATO troops in the role they are playing in Afghanistan", he said.

I believe Guy Hands used to own shares in these. Not surprised he had to sell he now reckons he has 70 percent of his wealth tied up in EMI.

Well it will soon be back to 40 which is incredible considering they have said this year will be significantly below expectations.

I obviously read that and sold. Big mistake it looks like. Surprised market is so forgiving though.

Im still struggling to understand the strength here when this year will be way below forecast and next year, although hoped to be good, is not known.

Ive never seen a company put out a profit warning and go up!
