12/11/2016 05:54 | Incidentally an AGM is long overdue. | mikeja
12/11/2016 05:53 | What would be nice would be to have a frank statement from the independent directors about the level of the bids and where we go from here. There seems to be a strong case for appointing forensic accountants. The current auditors have a very mixed track record elsewhere. Above all the secrecy around what is going on needs to be lifted. | mikeja
12/11/2016 01:13 | Jamal isn't going to buy the company. So what happens next ?Hopefully a lifting of the suspension and shares start trading again. | fft
11/11/2016 09:21 | Back to the company, I see we have the deadline today, with no announcement thus far..........??????? | chrisdgb
11/11/2016 05:18 | Thank you Mas for your pearls of wisdom. Somehow I feel thet are not appreciated here. | mikeja
10/11/2016 09:38 | Nothing to do with "smugness" (see #1032) or being "goulish" either (see #1011). Investing is all about a calm and rational approach and we all get it wrong sometimes. When that happens it is always best to try and recognise how and why we got it wrong, learn the lesson and move on. To resolutely keep posting ridiculous claims and one line slogans, like chrisdgb constantly does, only demonstrates foolishness and desperately clutching at straws rather than recognising the reality and learning from it. | masurenguy
10/11/2016 09:16 | Agreed, 'Smug Guy', would be a better name for him.......... | chrisdgb
09/11/2016 12:03 | Mas,we have got your point, you brilliantly got out, Your comments are a bit ghoulish. What other reason do you have for being here ? | mikeja
09/11/2016 11:22 | LOL - it must be nice living in your head with Peter Rabbit and the Tooth Fairy! | masurenguy
09/11/2016 10:16 | I think you missed the zero, as in 20p per share......... | chrisdgb
09/11/2016 09:54 | This is totally unlikely to ever relist. If an offer is ultimately made it will be for pennies - probably circa to 2.5p per share, which is equivalent to the outstanding £650K loan made by Hassim. Otherwise it will just go into administration. Either way, there will be no return for external shareholders. | masurenguy
09/11/2016 08:10 | Hopefully an offer is reasonably close...... | chrisdgb
08/11/2016 15:58 | "I have e mailed the IR to push for a fund raising if bid fails" RLOL - why on earth do you think that they haven't tried that already? | masurenguy
08/11/2016 14:58 | I have e mailed the IR to push for a fund raising if bid fails... | chrisdgb
08/11/2016 09:37 | Allenby raised £5 million for this rip off.Conspicuously silent over the past year. | mikeja
07/11/2016 12:16 | Yes,I see he is the only one mentioned. I think Robb, with his very questionable background is being pushed under the carpet to give the whole thing an aura of respectability. You may be sure he is lurking in the background. | mikeja
07/11/2016 11:39 | I'm talking about Yuma Ventures. | androyd
07/11/2016 11:38 | What are you talking about ? What about Steve Elliff and David Cotterell ? | mikeja
07/11/2016 11:34 | It's Jamal Hassim, he's their one and only director. | androyd
07/11/2016 11:15 | We should not overlook the appearance of Yuma Investments,a BVI company. As those who followed the Panama Papers link for MMV Investments, this is very probably a Robb creation,it is his area of expertise. | mikeja
07/11/2016 09:18 | At the very, very best Hassim is totally incompetent if he's allowed sales growth to take place to businesses that don't pay. ie. being 'nice' he's totally carried away by sales figures at the expense of actually running a viable business. But perhaps for other reasons, that never mattered. We will probably never know. Every other explanation or option is worse and there are a lot of possibilities. | yump
07/11/2016 09:11 | Chrisdgb, the "Independent" directors were all appointed by Hassim. I think you need to wake up to the fact that shareholders are being royally screwed. Did you not look up Robb's cv ? | mikeja
07/11/2016 09:04 | If the shares are not relisted, then shareholders could lose there entire stake. I would be quite happy buying a few at 1p and trading the bounce ! | fft
07/11/2016 08:37 | The point is, if the independent directors are unhappy with the level of the bid, I for one would be prepared to invest additional funds through a fund raising and get the shares trading again.............Ma | chrisdgb |
