On 1 March 2018 Stephen Bennett, Chief Financial Officer, Synthomer plc (the "Company"), exercised long term incetive plan awards over 165,949 ordinary shares granted in 2015 under the Company's 2011 Performance Share Plan. Mr Bennett has retained 87,953 of the resultant shares and disposed of 77,996 of the resultant shares to satisfy tax liabilities arising on the exercise. Following these award exercises Mr Bennett's shareholding in the Company has increased to 93,548 ordinary shares.
