Synectics Takeover Rumours (SNX)

I think more like 300p to 350p for a takeover.

I've added another 5k this morning . House Broker upbeat after results . Compelling valuation - Despite the strong share price performance since the positive December trading update Synectics trades on an FY24F EV/EBITDA of 5.3x and P/E of 11.0x, both at a discount to the peer group. My next target is 220p. All that needs is some progress in the Casino sector in the US. Very much a takeover target still at 230p to 270p.

Well it seems Motorola Solutions haven't been put off by Silent Sentinel being sued by Cedar Lane Technologies. Is Synectics next? On Indigovisions last results announcement they announced they had agreed to a takeover by Motorola.
