Synectics (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, was notified on 25 November 2020 that on the same day David Aindow, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 2, 000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 101 pence per share.

Following this purchase, the beneficial holding of Mr. Aindow is 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
