I just looked at my accounts and am somewhat astonished to see I bought another 30k yesterday. My little bit of luck over at DEMG facilitated those purchases but that was more than I thought. I am losing it....

I very much doubt anything has leaked. People are just beginning to see the true potential here and that realisation will continue to grow!

Morning, as I said yesterday there was very significant buying, not punting, especially yesterday. It is obvious to me that positive news has already leaked and this will be confirmed by todays price action regardless of a RNS. I'm expecting very significant movements north in the next few trading hours.

Interestingly the company would not be able to keep it a secret that early success in the trials has led to extension of trials to other hospitals, this would either be RNSd and/or all over the media.

If no RNS at 7am today I think last chance to get in below a quid!

They stated that positive initial results from the 100 patient pilot phase could see the trial expanded to more hospitals. Professor Wilkinson stated that: “Having the trial adopted by the NIHR Respiratory Translational Research Collaboration is key to taking any positive findings forward as part of their efforts to accelerate discovery and development for COVID-19 and I am indebted to the support my collaborators are giving to get this study started.”

Not that it's necessarily going to be a factor for SNG, but the Dow Jones had its largest single day percentage rise yesterday, since 1933.

It is certainly worth keeping an eye on the growing number of results being reported from small early stage clinical trials using other existing (repurposed) drugs against COVID-19

One such report which appeared yesterday in Fierce Pharma caught my eye, as it concerns Donald Trump's great white hope, Hydroxychloroquine, which has to be said is now beginning to look more like a great white elephant ☹️ϒ5;️☹5039;

Unfortunately, in my opinion, we'll be seeing Italian scale numbers here within four weeks, despite this semi lockdown, mainly due to delayed action and lack of the ability to screen and test in large enough numbers.

Investment case aside, this SNG solution to prevent lung damage and better still, to prevent death, can't come soon enough.

If SNG's success with prior viral infections is replicated with COV19, then we should all be hugely uplifted by this. Some of us or some people that we know, at some point, unfortunately, may need it.

This virus is huge worldwide and only getting worse by the day. Birmingham NEC now being talked about as another emergency hospital adding to the new one in London just announced.

And just a view on the chart. You could say there has been a pause for breath in the last couple of days and the upward trajectory will now resume. However, I am not saying that with any real confidence because as previously stated the volatility here is going to be extreme.

And just to add to the scariness the sals of live ammo have soared in the US. Try putting the rural militia into lockdown; there will be civil unrest....but it will make the crisis even worse than it is already going to be!

The US could learn a lot from India. They are not taking it seriously enough yet and as a result there is going to be carnage. So much for relaxation of rules after Easter; the coffins will be piling up by then and they will be absolutely despearate for treatments...

This will go ballistic on any good news from the trials but I have a feeling we'll see AstraZeneca come on board first!

Well AZ or whoever signs a deal with SNG will probably sign a global deal. Why would they restrict themselves to Europe or even the US. That is why it is likely to be an absolute mega deal; the queue of companies will be out the door so it is most definitely a seller's market!
