wow 500k buy paid 23.5p today

Imagine if the same mm did both trades, 4.5p profit on 400k, that's £18000

crazy giving mm's such easy money

the 400k seller after that trade today could have easily sold for 22p

Somebody sold nearly 400k 3p below the bid today.

I'd never do that, I reckon they could have sold quite a bit at much higher prices splitting the trade into 25-75k blocks

One mm was asleep at the open sold me 20k at 19.244p

Sold 10k of them at 22p, it's a tough market so a quick profit like that is not to be sniffed at and will leave the other 10k to run

That is likely to prove a game changer. The FDA is suspected of being biased towards USA companies so well done to the management for successfully getting approvals.

I am fascinated by the trading update. 2020 interim Chairman's statement included a comment "Further revenues of £0.70 million missed the year end cut-off due to Far East shipping congestion." Therefore one must presume sales are substantially lower than the same previous accounting period?

Update on the legal challenge to EU on plastics

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), global specialists in supplying and developing specialised plastic products and technologies that make plastic "smarter, safer and more sustainable", announces the following update on its legal action against the Commission, Parliament, and Council of the European Union ("EU") in relation to their decision to adopt Article 5 of the Single Use Plastics Directive 2019/904 ("the Directive").

As set out in Symphony's announcement on 21 December 2020, Symphony's legal action is a compensation claim for damage to its business caused by the failure of the EU Institutions to make it clear that their intended ban of "oxo-degradable plastic" does not apply to "oxo-biodegradable plastic." Symphony also considers that the ban is in any event illegal due to a failure to accord due process, and because it is disproportionate and discriminatory.

Symphony has now received the defences from each of the Defendants which are being considered by the Company's specialist legal team. This will take several weeks, and the Company will make a further announcement, if appropriate, when the detailed evaluation has been completed.

@replicas1967 I still love the potential of the company but this thread has shown that the company has failed to deliver over and over again and just seems to be a cash cow for the board.

Despite that I am tempted to top up a bit more at current levels.
