Hi to you all! I have just recently bought into SLP, already holding BRWM & CYN covering wider commodity moves. I also read John Rosier today in the IC and he was expecting a windfall dividend being announced next week for SLP, so we will see.

John Rossiter the expert portfolio man for investors chronicle mentions SLP 4 times in a very positive way in today’s article in the IC. His top performing share and he is holding and sees upside especially due to Rhodiums performance

quick unrelated slp question to a few of the traders on here....

if you have a stock that is delisted and worthless on your trading account, how do you realise the loss against your trading account ? it cant be traded out in the normal way because no longer listed etc and has no way of coming back. thks in advance

Sedibelo Platinum MD Arne Frandsen saying; “Palladium is higher, rhodium is higher, the exchange rate is helping, but there is still upside and in my view we still have to see a correction of the platinum prices. It’s abnormal that platinum is trading at half of what palladium is when it should be trading at near double. I think there is still a lot of upside."

As noted in the thread above, Asia Africa would appear to be gradually selling down its holding, and this may hold back the share price for a while. Of the 54m shares AF held in Dec 20, they still hold 43.3m.

Interim results are due to be published on Monday 22 February. It will be interesting to see the update/outlook.

Stockready, just look at page 6 and page 14 of the 2020 Annual Report. The prill split is 61% Plat, 25.5% Palladium and 12.5% Rhodium.Minimal other PGMs including Iridium.
