17/11/2020 22:16 | Nice to have you over here stoodio from that other thread. I hope Africa oil is one of your oilies over the pond ? If not it should be | martinfrench
17/11/2020 18:14 | All good Stoodio; I don’t even remember his name but I suppose that he and his kind made some good buying opportunities for themselves by creating panic in others. I know that you me and a few others who have been here from sub 8p days will watch them come and go while we continue to hold on to SLP. I have a couple of other companies I’m starting to pay attention to but it’s all early days and I’m happy with everything here as I genuinely believe that they can still easily double from here. What’s your next big mover, do you have anything in your targets yet. | koolio
17/11/2020 16:17 | Koolio, how are thee?Did the village idiot calling the end of the world and SLP at 10p post Covid ever return here? :) | stoodio
17/11/2020 15:56 | Overpriced????? How did you get to that conclusion? I would put money into JLP but I’m so overexposed to SA platinum already due to the ongoing re-rating of this company. It still has a long way to go IMO but if you think JLP are a better prospect that’s probably where you should be posting. Happy to hold. | koolio
17/11/2020 14:53 | Exactly Plat! | eggbaconandbubble
17/11/2020 13:32 | Juunx.. Current pgm prices at this mcap means we're trading at a pe ratio of circa 4.3A pe ratio of just 8.6 is still trading way below the industry average of 12Potential £2 tokens at some point imo | plat hunter
17/11/2020 13:10 | SLP a little overpriced now. You all need to look at JLP, a company that is diversifying into all metals. Soon to be taken over or priced higher than SLP. | deme1
17/11/2020 12:12 | FarnesBarnes, very intriguing subject, the Brexit negotiations. I have my theories as I guess most do. My main concern or question is - Is Johnson a good negotiator? He doesn't inspire me as such! | eggbaconandbubble
17/11/2020 12:02 | has rhodium kicked on to above 15k or something ? | martinfrench
17/11/2020 12:02 | Eggbacon Re: USDGBP parity. There is a well regarded school of thought that once Brexit is out of the way, Sterling could become the safe haven global currency of choice over a 5 to 10 year period. Short term, back up to 1.40. Will Boris really go for no deal? Will he more likely get a deal at the very eleventh hour of negotiations dressed up to be good for the UK and yet give back to the EU with the other hand? | farnesbarnes
17/11/2020 11:34 | Sounds good here's hoping. Got tidy profit already so may as well ride it out. Great fundamentals | juuunx2
17/11/2020 09:55 | plats target totally reasonable, thougfh a little top nend for slp as they never seem to get full value so i'm saying more like 110, unless there is a very sensible consistent dividend policy based on FCF, then maybe 150 | martinfrench
17/11/2020 09:04 | What makes you say that Plat? | juuunx2
17/11/2020 07:46 | 150 is my target | plat hunter
16/11/2020 18:16 | 2006 appears to be around 155p I think.DbD | death by donut

16/11/2020 17:47 | All time high appears to be 120p in 2008 (unless anybody has an older graph). | nimrod22
16/11/2020 15:15 | Nice volumes aswell let's see if it can push rather than retracing | primarch1
16/11/2020 15:14 | So, nimrod - you're looking at a 25%ish tp. Stockopedia/Liberium are quoting 62%!!! | eggbaconandbubble
16/11/2020 15:04 | new all time highs boom boom | stockhunters
16/11/2020 15:03 | is this the bowl pattern over the 10 year period? Breakout was around the 50p mark. "The bowl pattern is exactly what it sounds like -- a rounded pattern that gives a buy signal when the stock price exceeds the lip of the "bowl." The breakout should occur on high volume, at least doubling the low volume from the dip. This pattern typically takes a long time to develop and once the breakout occurs, the stock should rise to the equivalent of the price from the bottom to the "lip" of the bowl " | nimrod22
16/11/2020 14:49 | Recent investor hear, a breakout has begun, this should close above ATH from the price action over the last few days, let's see... | frankwhite |
