Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that Michael Cunningham, Finance Director, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for cash to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") on 22 October 2020 at a price of 52.5p.

Following the sale, Michael's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 120,000 Ordinary Shares, amounting to 0.08% of the voting capital of the Company.
