Impossible to know likely outcome - unless you’re an insider - and given that we are at such a turning point in the company’s development, there is so much room for speculation; limited of course, by the parlours state of the finances. It’s not surprising we should have such a retrace.

Willie Whitelaw said that in politics, nothing is ever as good or bad as it first seems. The saying is often applicable in investing (and life for that natter) and for some reason, I have a feeling that saying will apply to this share.

It’s difficult to see how there can be salvation without considerable cost to current holders. I guess the best outcome would be a combination of invoice hawking plus really meaningful improvement in yield. How likely is that? And without dilution?

Are we in the last days clutching at yellow ceramic straws? Or is this the point at which the first few glimmers of light shine from behind those high performance wheels?

Hard to say. The chart could play out as kingston outlines above.

However the fundamentals and news will trump everything.

I think the share will move up to fill the falling gap between 0.8 p and 1.5 p. It is likely to move to 1 p before dropping or moving sideways for a while.

The risk reward looks compelling.

If it wasn’t a sudden realisation of how much worse things were than he had been lead to believe, the only other explanation would be irreconcilable differences of opinion on strategy, imv.
