13/2/2021 08:51 | Thank you very much | erimus1
12/2/2021 20:43 | Welcome davealders and erimus1.In answer to your question erimus, the company held a capital markets day in October 2019 at Knowsley to coincide with the AGM.This was well attended over two days and I am sure that following construction of OEM cell 2 there will be a similar event. | longshanks
12/2/2021 20:22 | swiss - if they're only giving around 10% the concern isn't the inability to trade the shares (10%) but rather the inability to reallocate the unused funds (90%). Anyway, whatever we get, it's nice to know the directors managed to get 250K each while still, amazingly, looking after the interests of PIs. And of course fulfilling the rules around disapplication of preemption rights :¬) Maybe if there's another fund raise they'll do right by PIs with a rights issue; I'm not holding my breath. | supernumerary
12/2/2021 19:30 | That's good to know. Thanks for replying. I like to see things with my own eyes, and would be delighted to visit. I'm frequently in the NW. How did you go about obtaining an invitation, or was it an investor day type of thing? | erimus1
12/2/2021 19:22 | erimus - yes I have been twice now and impressed both times (withs staff and facility) - I surmise next time it will hopefully be to an extended factory! | swiss paul
12/2/2021 19:18 | Longshanks am also with IWeb - and after a 20 minute wait on the phone I spoke to a young lady who told me the same story. It beggars belief that they did not have such a thing as a spreadsheet. I have raised a complaint as they have stopped me trading any shares I may have been allocated. | swiss paul
12/2/2021 19:13 | I'm a relative newcomer to SCE, but have been steadily adding for some time now. Frustrated as an AJBell customer to have no idea how many excess shares my partner and I have gleaned... On another topic. Has any of the shareholders here actually visited the company? I wonder if they hold shareholder meetings or other opportunities to see the exciting opportunity first hand. | erimus1
12/2/2021 19:09 | Sorry the question mark was accidental. Do value every post | srinivas160
12/2/2021 19:08 | Many thanks. Pleasure to be here. I have been reading the valued posts. ? | srinivas160
12/2/2021 18:53 | Welcome srinivas160. Your first post since you first created your account on ADVFN back in May 2015. I am honoured that you should choose this thread. | longshanks
12/2/2021 16:49 | This looks heading in the right direction | srinivas160
12/2/2021 15:34 | iWeb/Halifax are, once more, proving to be true laggards. I have just checked with their tolerable *online help* who confirmed that they have the shares but are waiting for management signoff before allocating. I suspect they only have one manager as apparently this won't be done before Monday. | longshanks
12/2/2021 15:33 | Spoke with HL this morning and they indicated it would take until 26 Feb to return cash - extraordinary. | markm1980
12/2/2021 15:00 | My shares are showing but I applied for a low number and got a very low percentage! Given that they haven't returned the cash yet the exercise was something of a waste of time. Fortunately I bought in the market and I think on balance it is better just to do that even if one pays a slight premium to the placing price. | geko5trade
12/2/2021 14:31 | RNS confirmation out earlier that DB and RG subscribed for £125,000 of shares in the placing: | rivaldo
12/2/2021 11:10 | Mine showed up today in EQI. | spookies
12/2/2021 10:40 | well I was told by the Dealers at AJB yesterday that the stock had arrived on Wednesday afternoon and they were meeting to sort allocations...I have just spoken with them again and am told that they only received the basic allocation and are still awaiting the excess...and will ring the registrars this afternoon. on which topic Link are the most dismal of organisations so that may well be where the trouble lies in part at least. | waggle
12/2/2021 10:18 | >> backwoodsman ta - saves me doing that! | toffeeman
12/2/2021 10:13 | Phoned AJ Bell just now who say they are chasing the registrars | backwoodsman
12/2/2021 09:11 | AJB - nothing yet | toffeeman
12/2/2021 09:08 | I just checked, still nothing. Pathetic really. | quazie12
12/2/2021 08:24 | With reference to a few posters above - My holding has been updated with HL today Maybe worth checking your accounts | joe say
11/2/2021 15:44 | Same with most of the companies. You tie up a few grand for weeks and end up getting a couple of hundred pounds worth of stock at most. Mind you I did get a decent amount of ITM at 40p some time ago | volsung
11/2/2021 15:41 | I dont blame the Company. I blame the system. It needs opening up to proper competition or fees on rights issues need capping. | amt |
