04/12/2018 07:53 | There will come a point where it is a screaming buy. Do like the clarity of the release, no hiding, no BS and reads that the management have hands well on the rudder. Better than some. That's a good sign once they start shipping in anger. Wait and see. Personally, don't warm to automotive though. Expect hard times imho. | p1nkfish
04/12/2018 07:26 | And it remains jam tomorrow. The market at the moment is really punishing companies that disappoint. I can see the shares dipping under 10p today. | danny baker
04/12/2018 07:21 | This company is brilliant at disappointing . How many years have shareholders been waiting ? | talkman2
04/12/2018 07:19 | More dilution ahead. Very insipid update. Market won’t be impressed. | talkman2
04/12/2018 07:17 | Swings and roundabouts. Delays on OEM6, so reduced revenue next year, and inventory build reducing cash. Still working on OEM3. On the plus side OEM5 seem to have moved forward and have given informal approval for use of the discs. BUT new environmental requirements have lengthened the testing period. Those who believe (still) will hold on. Those who do not will lose patience | graham1ty

24/11/2018 09:47 | It matters if it means more will take them up, but I agree the price is not likely to be dropping at this point. However, all these cost reductions implemented by ST does make their material much more accessible and I do anticipate the cost of CC brakes dropping over time. For Porsche and the 992 though the emphasis will be on technical innovation | longshanks
23/11/2018 20:12 | Does a cheaper CC brake system really matter to 911 buyers? - I think not. Surely the manufacturers will take the cost benefit and provide it as a performance enhancing option. | toffeeman
23/11/2018 16:18 | TBH: I think it safest to have no expectations. With the LA motor show Porsche are revealing the new generation of their 911 series. I heard there are some 40 variants in this series and it is sure to get a lot of attention. Once the wrappers are off I am sure that the full specs will also be revealed. Those specs may turn out to be rather run of the mill, but I suspect they want to cause a bit of a stir and show some solid innovation outside of fuel cell/hybrid technology. Just imagine they bring out a new carbon ceramic brake system with a more efficient/practical/ | longshanks
23/11/2018 07:24 | Longshanks - what are your thoughts on timings - starting with the press days at the Los Angeles motor show next week. Do you think the first indication will be something like a statement - will come with a carbon ceramic brake option - or are you expecting to see a demo vehicle sporting brakes that we might get a little excited about. We have not had an update on OEM 5 or OEM 3 testing from surface transforms yet. Despite the fact that I don't think Brexit will prevent OEM 3 or 5 from give SE an order for brakes - I do think we need to have confirmed trading condition for post 29th March 2019 - for an order to come. Still expecting an order some way into 2019 which would time nicely with the finalisation of OEM cell 1 in Summer 2019. Fils | fillspectre
20/11/2018 17:18 | This is what I am looking forward to: | longshanks
19/11/2018 11:52 | The website is showing 1 new distributor in both the USA and Japan. Also the company achieved the Environmental ISO14001 certificate on November 7 which seems to have been completed in 3 months rather than the six mentioned in the September Preliminary results. There should also be news soon on German OEM 5 completing its final track based tests. | bdaonion
14/11/2018 14:02 | Yes, know when the AGM is. Just need the accounts. Will email DB | graham1ty
14/11/2018 13:51 | >>>>Grah Yes, I received my annual report (via snail mail) last week The AGM is on December 11th, I missed it last year (Hernia op) so will definitely attend this time around | timbo003
14/11/2018 12:15 | Are the accounts out yet ? Not seen them | graham1ty
27/10/2018 08:49 | Watched 5th Gear this week. Did a track test on a BMW and Porsche. The commentator praised the Porsche for its outstanding optional extra carbon ceramic brakes. Did not say who made them but made me think of SCE. Both cars had 2018 registration plates fitted. Still keeping my holding in SCE. | spookies
19/10/2018 10:58 | Just had a top up at 15.1p. | bagpuss67
19/10/2018 09:55 | Forward look important. | p1nkfish
17/10/2018 08:13 | I think an reps have become largely irrelevant given shareholder access to RNSs | toffeeman
16/10/2018 22:13 | The annual report seems to be a bit overdue at present. Normally in our hands by now isn't it? Fils | fillspectre
11/10/2018 20:00 | Markm1980 I think it is just the wider market dragging this down. A lot of my stocks are taking a hammering this week. | spookies
11/10/2018 15:54 | This really is a dog of a stock. | markm1980
10/10/2018 10:04 | Strange market. That small trade is a buy. | bdaonion
02/10/2018 02:44 | If SCE become cash-flow positive in 2019 as forecast, would this not justify their current £20 million valuation alone? | quemaster |
