SUR has some strong tail winds behind it to move it forward plus there is Gov funding available in areas where SUR operate.

The share price has stalled for now but that won't last and it will push up may be starting on Tuesday 18th.

In 3 years time I would expect the share price will be significantly higher than what it is today and 200p / 300p is well within the company grasp.

Thank you for the reply, yes we are in a 3 year plan and the share option will apply in June 2023, I will have £18000 @ 33p a share, but what happens if everyone with this plan enter the market? Will the shares drop if people sell for a quick profit, or will they go up with all the activity? As you have probably guessed I have no idea how this works but very interested in this matter, thanks again for all your help!

If you have to option to buy the shares for 33p, you got buy the shares. In a year time them will be worth 55k if the share price hits a £1 or beyond. I presume you work for the company and are doing a 3 or 5 year save as you earn scheme ? If you are able to buy the shares today for 33p today , you will be able to sell them for 74p today.

Hi all, I have a question about sureserve shares, I am currently in a YBS plan and after 3 years I will have the choice of buying around 55000 shares or keeping my investment money, I know other people also doing this, my question is what will happen to the share price when all these shares get offered to us at 33p Each?

Yep, fallen 7% in the last two trading days. Some silly sausage has just decided to sell, just before positive results.

Agreed. Only 9 days until the results - the outlook in February noted:

"Strong start to trading in FY21 continuing the Group's momentum"

Which should be more than enough to chew on since SUR would have had to RNS if anything had changed materially since then.

Yes still good value maybe we will get a hat trick good figures, interim dividend and a new chief with a clear positive strategy towards the £1!!!

Yep, even a interim dividend 0.5p would send out the right message, that they are confident of the future.

...and further to the above, the Government has today announced the UK will speed up targets to cut carbon emissions to 2035 from 2050.

Which will mean lots more low-carbon heating, better insulation for homes etc. Which is ideal for SUR.

Warmworks is a JV between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and SUR's Everwarm.

Today Warmworks is one four winners on a £78m 4.5 year project to act as Managing Agent "across 17 consortia/ areas made up of 141 local authorities across the South East of England; to deliver a large scale, low carbon project to deliver energy retrofit and low carbon/renewable technologies across all tenures of housing stock":



A nice ESG angle in addition to the financials.
