Indeed. Yet at 81p SUR are still only on a P/E of 13.5, which will drop to 12.1 after this September.

And if you strip out the £9m-£10m net cash which will hopefully soon be used for acquisitions, the ex-cash P/E drops by a further 7%-8%.

Still along way to go IMHO and they might just start up the interim dividends.

Still gutted I sold out about an hour before the NT pumped this and his disciples jumped on board! AARRGHHH! Should have remembered why I bought in the first place and stuck by my guns. Consoling myself that I made a nice profit but an example of how lack of patience can cost you in this game. Also how luck also plays a big part.

Cheers for that - hopefully the NT's tip will take SUR into the 80p's for starters, and then further and nearer to those broker valuations of over 100p.

Here is the Naked trader write-up.

vote at the advanced zoom seminar for most interesting share with growth potential over the whole day went to (drum roll…..) Sureserve (SUR).

On the face of it seems like a rather boring one. It provides maintenance, construction and energy support services to homes, schools and public buildings. So far, so yawn!

But … it looks massively undervalued given profits are forecast to grow massively over the next 2 years.

Broker notes from research-tree (see below for an offer re this site) are very bullish and say all valuation measures show the shares are worth over 100p and probably more suggesting there is little downside and lots of upside.

Brokers left valuations unchanged after Bob Holt executive chairman said he was leaving, hats off to him. SUR had a debt of £47m when he joined and now it is debt free.

Some nice upside to come for SUR here given patience.

I've just sold out for the time being. Like this share and will keep a close watch. No reason other than personal opinions about the market in general. I wanted to bank a decent profit on this after seeing quite a few shares in recent weeks swing from healthy paper profit to annoying 6-7% paper losses. I'll keep a close eye and any significant drops may buy back in. Hopefully for holders there won't be any!

Very nice contract win award today for Sure Maintenance - looks like an initial £0.81m which could potentially rise to up to almost £8.1m if it's extended through to 2025 if my interpretation is correct?

MM's are biding 71.2p for up to 150,000 shares today. They are after stock, must be a buyer(s) around.

You can sell a substantial amount @ 72p. Excellent recovery, when its a fairly dull day on the markets.

At least we have tested a new all time high. Seems like the share price has a habit of spiking up, then dropping before a more sustained rise. Let's hope the same happens here again. Certainly a nice trend upwards on the 12 month chart!

Share price seems to be holding up well
Hopefully they get a solid replacement for Bob and we get back on track make up for lost ground.
