15/3/2021 15:57 | Point 1 - I would suggest point appropriate due diligence is done on the client company prior to providing a funding line. I would suggest it's keen to avoid the 'lender or last resort' stigma, and they will do sufficient due diligence to manage the 'credit risk' of client companies.Point 2 - is an issue I have raised before, I'm not sure how ownership is determined if debentures are held by lenders/PE funds etc. Maybe that's just the old school lender in me.There's obviously a solution to it, as it's pretty fundamental to the model. | henrycrs

15/3/2021 15:42 | Henry, respond to these points and I'll put 10k in immediately. 1) “They do not take on companies with a bad credit history.” “This in turn would give them a better credit rating.” 2) “but the company keeps the stock in their warehouse and can still sell the stock. ” “SIA monetise the assets by tracking their movement and always make sure assets are there for the funder as collateral.” | hodhasharon

15/3/2021 11:18 | stark industries 14 Mar '21 - 21:44 - 24146 of 24187 0 1 2 1) First securitisation “almost complete”- update due by 31/3/21 2) Typical deal target now $40-50m (not $10m) 3) 1 employee per 15 clients and they have 25 employees + many contractors so assume 375 clients 4) 375 x $20m = $7.5bn securitisation on the way ? UNDERVALUED !!!!!!! Starkravingmad, Assuming these 25 employees with their 375 clients are working 50hrs. per week that gives each of them A MAXIMUM average of 2 hrs per week per client. Do you honestly expect people to believe an employee can handle a £40,000,000-£50,000, | bbmsionlypostafter |
