Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR), the real estate investment trust providing secure, inflation-protected, long income from grocery property in the UK, today announces that in conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 810,720,168 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), each carrying voting rights, as at 28 May 2021.

There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

The above figure of 810,720,168 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in, Supermarket Income REIT plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
