Same here, I have all mine with ii. A nice 3% on them. Roll on the dividends.

Yes, all tradeable-and it is a decent sized holding now(for me). As mentioned above they have moved from the application line in the portfolio to being incorporated with my previous holding now

Morning

Got all the stock I asked for at ii and the full amount has been incorporated with my previous holding now.

Happy with that

This line of Tuesday' RNS may be relevant:

"152,433,662 and 21,479,381 New Ordinary Shares were taken up pursuant to the Placing and the Offer for Subscription respectively."

In other words, the Offer has been allocated only 21M Ordinary Shares.

Feel free to correct my interpretation if wrong.

HL is showing the separate line in my account but not showing yet how much I've got yet

Hi bonefish14, if you were allocated you really should see a line added to your portfolio on AJ bell with your SUPR shares from the placing, this being a separate line from your SUPR shares you already hold. That is what I see now titled "SUPRMKT INC REIT PROV OFFER FOR SUB SHARES". They should then be incorporated into your main holding once the whole process is complete.

Bonefish - A message I had from HL a week or two ago said "We'll add the shares to your account on or around 22nd October", so you may see them tomorrow or Monday.

Well, some big buyers clearly know the allocation and have been buying heavily in the market. I can only assume retail will be filled in full up to 200K otherwise there are questions to answer.

It’s very reassuring to see the share price moving up to the pre-placing price.

I successfully applied for £5,000 worth of shares through PrimaryBid and received everything. Seems retail investors should be satisfied in full, at least for small amounts.

a couple of very large trades @115, rather odd, someone got rather more than they expected?

Yes, I agree - although this appears to have been a bit of a blow-out. But heavy buying this morning would suggest institutions not being where they would like to be.

Against that, we know there is more issuance to follow.

I think the track record with SUPR is that they haven't scaled "retail" investors, so the platforms and offer for sub have been filled 100% in the past and the scaling has been on institutional investors.

I bought in the market just in case! If I get filled in full, then I will now have too many, but it seems a decently asymmetric bet for now.

But will they scale back applicants through the likes of HL? That may depend on whether HL aggregate all their applications and if so, unless a rigid scale factor is used then I think they remain in full. But I am far from sure!

The important bit, no details on this yet...

"Notwithstanding the increase in the Initial Issue, investor demand substantially exceeded the maximum size of the Initial Issue and as such, a material scaling back exercise was undertaken."

The Board of Supermarket Income REIT plc is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised gross proceeds of £200 million through a significantly oversubscribed issue of 173,913,043 New Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per New Ordinary Share.

After careful consideration of the strong level of support and quality of demand from investors in the Initial Issue, alongside the Investment Adviser's confidence in executing on the pipeline and an increase in the availability of attractive investment opportunities since the marketing roadshow began, the Board determined to increase the size of the Initial Issue from £100 million to £200 million.

Notwithstanding the increase in the Initial Issue, investor demand substantially exceeded the maximum size of the Initial Issue and as such, a material scaling back exercise was undertaken.

152,433,662 and 21,479,381 New Ordinary Shares were taken up pursuant to the Placing and the Offer for Subscription respectively.

Applications will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 173,913,043 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings for normal settlement in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8 a.m. on 22 October 2021.

They are keeping the properties for collateral and leveraging them up If they did sell it would most likely be executed as one or two transactions so wouldn't flood the market
