Well it is a big deal now we know we will get a royalty with... Especially after new findings. 1.5mil income will rocket any share price absolutely!CS of course is the larger potential and always was.How much have you invested here to be so panicky? Curious. All relative of course but you always so jittery. When you believe in any company you need not to care about the share price but only take great delight to accumulate more when it does go lower. THAT is belief and an investors mentality looking out at least 3-5 years! (ALWAYS!)The days of quick money on aim are long gone...

Lots of people have changed their opinion on the Tolsa deal.
It was only the start of the year when it got extended people Said it was not a big thing and that CS was the only reason they were in. In all honesty what could a deal with Tolsa get us to share price wise? If it can change credibility then as Yasx says why aren’t others cashing in on it!? Has your contact in america said anything else
Irish?

They generally play safe and why not but they will IF they are clever hold a VERY large chunk for a while down the road...They don't really concern me as much now as Tolsa enroute.... TICK TOCK :)

They've been issued at 0.03p a share, surely they've flipped them by now at up to 100% profit?

When P.C.gets a deal he will give notice of repayment in cash without penalty. If not they can convert at 1/8 lots as they have been.

Fools! They will hang onto a massive chunk for the Tosla rise. You don't think these boys want to make money too?!

Shareholders would be made to pay basically for PC,s error in dealing with net zero in the first place

Bsg the more our share price rises will mean less shares that we have to issue for conversion, better then after deal.

Surely their must be another way of raising 200k other than further placings . If the placing route was taken again this would be at shareholders expense .

It's not peanuts if shares @ say 0.3p issued to pay it back. That's another 10% of shares in issue added.

1wager nice that you are back again. Now just relax and only think of the assets we have in nevada, the 200k loan then becomes peanuts.

Yes just seen the additional 200k was taken. So what have we spent £480,000 on!? Let’s hope we get these shaken off as soon as possible. We heard from Tolsa on the first dig about there lab results last year end of September. Hopefully we will hear in the next few weeks.

There talk on lse that this 200k is to be paid and markets informed quite soon . There has to be a 30 day notice to net zero for this of sres intention to pay .

1wager we have the second loan of 200k outstanding which is repayable in 8 instalments via shares or in cash.

That's a lot more dilution on top of the dilution we've had already.

Quoted price at 0.05-0.06 - however, seems like there is plenty of supply at just over 0.05p for those interested.

ID,

I thought you had it on fairly good authority that a deal was imminent? If so, preservation of the remnants of existing cash is not as essential as you aver? Unless of course you don't believe the rumours you convey to others....?

Must retain our cash position until such time as at least one deal is signed.
