A lack of clarity doesn't really give anything away, its just a failure of communication.

It's ALL about a Perlite plant mate! ALL about it! ONLY way for any degree of profitability. I 100% stand by my comments.

Kirkland haven't even finished the plant! That's WITH Boral funding it!

It did because a clear lack of clarity and the metals gave things away...

Kirky didn't take long and as he detailed in RNS he's already in discussion. At end of day Patrick is a clever guy and going to get whatever is best. Am not that keen on the going alone but in grand scheme even if he does and dilutes it's nothing. If we end up holding another 18months I really don't care. We will see 2-3p I actually believe and always have and regardless of today am actually buzzing for what is about to unfold. Even Rod will retire LOL

"No doubt CS project a sure thing! Just Google Boral Kirkland. I always used Kirky as a direct comparison. Our quality is better and he knows this so I'll be interested to see what route he goes ahead with. Perlite is worth so much more when it's "popped" and although a plant may be expensive it would be worth it. In any case, you'll see offtakes am sure before he goes ahead with a plant and in the interim it will be contract open pit mining. Just dig crush and ship."

4 dollars a tonne is based on the Boral/Kirkland deal as mentiined on several occasions. Their product is incredibly high quality.I have posted many links about this in the past.ATB

Please be careful not to take what I say out of context because the 2-3p projection is based on a plant built and full scale production. This is years down the line as anybody with sound mind would realise. You know phase one doesn't have enough profitability as outlined by the company, so you will be aware of the options now available.... Time is they key.....

Hi Dan,Firstly, you really think I care what anyone thinks? Wrong game for that Sir. I'm an investor and very cautious what outfits I loan my money to!2-3p IF plant was built and full production of scale. Nothing wrong with that projection. Nothing at all, however, he fell short by failing to provide finance details as promised and reverted to his historical ways! No clear cut direction emphasised to investors. True investors do NOT guess!I also pointed out several months back the time scales I believed werent accurate. This is now becoming evidently clear.I indeed DO have a very good idea of what is about to unfold. When you find anyone that has researched and supplied the information openly that I have over the years based on hundreds of hours hard work please get back to me...

Aviator fair play to you for fighting your corner all of the time but I don't think anybody is still listening to you!

I lost any faith in you when you were posting about 2-3p to come and then changed your tune based on the content of an RNS that had been posted months earlier.

This has been pointed out before and you buried it in numerous posts of denial but I went back and checked ands its 100% true.

I am sure you will make your money and in many ways you are the sanest person in here or on LSE because you aren't totally invested in this one stock but you do yourself no favours in talking in absolutes all of the time.

For example your comment up there about $4 a tonne and no more! How do you know that? You are basing that on a single deal, that's not enough of a track record to base such a statement on, especially as the full terms of the deal were never released.

Who knows what will happen here, I don't and neither do you.

People like Jon provide reasoned debate and use brain and not obtuse to level discussiim with reason! The company history there for all to see who research. The models for pozzolan perlite there for all to see who research and use brain. Put all that together and you learn....
