02/3/2008 16:59 | KatyLied's posts are generally individual and unique but I have never known her? to resort to the 'odd comments' at post 932. Hopefully this is just a one off and she will apologise to markus for the unwarranted comments. | nigthepig
02/3/2008 14:44 | i wonder why the sample was only 134 kg and not bigger...i mean the bigger the sample the better so far representation goes?...even a 200kg smaple may have provided a better representation of the whole...and since they were drilling there anyway it would have made since. also in view of the small 134kg sample taken, do we now have to wait for another bigger bulk sample to be taken or can we move straight to the feasability study? | ceckyspunt
02/3/2008 13:56 | Katy, I am a tad surprised that the Moderator hasn't quashed you (for post 932), my dear? But I will be a gent and resist the temptation to respond in kind. On a more dignified note (to the rest of our (non-foul mouthed) posters!)... Bringing in farm-in/farm-out partners (JVs, if you will) does inherently dilute a share. However, not if the perceived value of the latest discovery implies finding huge amounts of MACRO diamonds in due course. I mean: the Market would realise the huge potential by which time the share price would have already risen and the JV partner's buy-in price would almost certainly be a lot higher than it is right now (IMHO). | markusantonius
02/3/2008 10:58 | carl, my holding is small also, only £500 or so, due to the high risk level of this type of share. We must not get too carried away with results as even if we get a significant discovery there are many hurdles to jump including share dilutions to raise cash for feasability studies and subsequently for infastructure and equipment for extraction and processing etc...if there is any rise in the coming days it will be wise to consider taking any profits...but i think that the drill results, tho encouraging are perhaps marginal... | ceckyspunt
02/3/2008 09:37 | hmmm - interesting...why people care enough to get personal on BB's is beyond me! checky, yes the RNS by itself is obviously not enough. There are gaps that need addressing...commerc | carl79
01/3/2008 18:29 | The share price is not good, Katy - and that is what we are discussing here to give us all an indication of what, if anything, the future will bring. Anything constructive to add, dear? | markusantonius
01/3/2008 14:25 | Still here... Just paying no attention to the 'vacuous r us' commentary... Meanwhile, back on planet Earth, how's the share-price? Hmmm... | katylied
01/3/2008 13:35 | the question is "commercial viability"?, without this there will be no upward movement of share price ..we need to find comparisons from elsewhere to give us an idea of whether there is any future in the recent dicovery. | ceckyspunt
01/3/2008 10:05 | Yes, looking at the word Macro in a SDS RNS is uplifting - however trades wise we are only talking £15k over the day on Friday...we would need to see a lot more than that to get things moving - Some PR would be good - although, it could be that we are all looking through tinted specs, is the RNS really all that??! Still more work to be done before we'd get a rerate | carl79
29/2/2008 23:31 | Finland 3rd and Ireland 9th.....very good to see | goldeneye5
29/2/2008 21:23 | Yes, it does indeed sound very positive (on paper). However, like the other posters have stated, it is a bit surprising / confusing why the share price has remained flat today - unless, of course, the MMs want to get cheap stock before demand rockets (and soon we hope!)...? | markusantonius
29/2/2008 21:02 | Sounds good news to me. Well done Patrick! | topvest
29/2/2008 20:08 | lol....gone...never to be seen again | ceckyspunt
29/2/2008 17:54 | Any comments, Ms. KatyLied? Where art tho, madamoiselle? | markusantonius
29/2/2008 17:54 | Mmmh... So we have found MACROS, at long LAST! :o) | markusantonius
29/2/2008 16:35 | i thought we'd see a cheeky last minute buy by a punter wishing to beat the week end specualtion (if indeed there is any!) | carl79
29/2/2008 16:35 | compare the sds results with those incredible ones from san last december and we can see that the sds results are only one third of the quantity. the question is, can these diamonds be mined commercially viably | ceckyspunt
29/2/2008 16:24 | The weekend papers may have something to say about SDS. | arf dysg
29/2/2008 16:16 | blue close? maybe a .125 tick up? Next week may see a few more buys | carl79
29/2/2008 15:31 | ... and a director has just bought 300,000 shares, for not much money. That looks like a hint. | arf dysg
29/2/2008 15:21 | 25 stones from a 134kg sample... | ceckyspunt
29/2/2008 15:07 | Possibly in the current climate, the market is in no mood for speculative shares, even though the prospects just got a whole lot better. BHP Biliton have options over a lot of these shares. They must be looking at this today with great interest. Today's news and the current price make this an absolute steal. | arf dysg
29/2/2008 14:24 | no change in the share price......very strange...it should be blue at least?? | goldeneye5 |
