The Company announces that Andrea Dunstan and Michael Sherwin, Non-Executive Directors, have acquired 33,333 and 5,556 ordinary shares respectively in the placing announced by the Company on 16 July 2020. The shares were acquired at the placing price of 180 pence per share.

Following these acquisitions, Andrea is interested in 53,333 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.033 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and Michael is interested in 25,556 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.016 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
