My reply from Summit this afternoon

It would appear all is ok but I have today Sold 3,900 shares at a small loss & now retain 1,400 shares. My Sales were on the basis that I could not risk loosing a substantial part of my investment.
I would add that after all these years (many) I have made a loss of £144 but now I will just sit back & watch.

Reply below:

Chris,

I hope you are well, and thank you for your note.

The filings with the SEC in January are mainly to finalize the process regarding the shares that were issued in November based on our capital raising efforts at that time. I’ve included the link to our press release that was issued to announce the closing of this funding here: hxxps://www.summittxinc.com/app/uploads/2020/11/2020_PR_22_Financing-closed.pdf

The filings in January register the shares that were issued to those who participated in the fundraising, and also covers some shares as a part of previous fundraisings in late 2019 and 2020 to complete the process. This is not a new fundraising effort beyond what we’ve previously disclosed.

Please let me know if you have any further questions, as I am happy to help.

Best,
Dave

Anyone following todays meeting's outcome.

'On 19 August 2019, Summit will hold a Court Meeting at 1:30pm BST followed by a General Meeting at 1:40pm BST to approve the introduction of a new US-incorporated holding company to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006. Below, you will find the Scheme Circular and supporting documents.'

PS: I have heard that to transfer our ADDS will cost us 5 cents an ADD.

Hi All - Holding in Barclays may not be a good idea as I am sure they told me that because Summit was being delisted from AIM they would have to sell any shares I had with them prior to delisting.

I am in the process of putting my Summit share certificates through my Interactive Investors account through Crest & posted the first of my share certificates today receipt Tuesday.I am still waiting for my balance of shares previously held with Barclays but I understand talking to Summits share registra the certificates are on their way to me (please note I instructed Barclays back on the 13th December).

Interactive Investors will then put my shares back onto AIM & then through Crest
the shares then to be transferred onto the NASDAQ through The Bank of New York Mellon CUSIP: 86627R102 who hold the ADD's on behalf of Summit Therapeutics. The basis of the exchange is 1 (One) ADD's for every 5 shares held currently on AIM.

I am following advice given by Interactive Investors (II).

I will shortly find out if it all works as I will be asking II to exchange the share certificates I sent them today.

I agree with you kirk6 & I am moving onto the NASDAQ soon & I am now with Interactive Investors & have just rounded my investment to 51,000 shares by Buying a mere 755 shares as the current share price is cheaper than chips & by being with Interactive Investors once my share certs get added in I can move onto the NASDAQ as Interactive Investors also trade on the NASDAQ.I may add a few more before the close in February. Now showing as Strong Buy

Edit: NASDAQ now on the rise up 5.72% at $1.65.
