Summit Germany (AIM: SMTG) today announces that at the EGM held at the Company's registered office today, the resolution to change the Company's name to "Summit Properties Limited" was passed.
From 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 21 February 2019, the Company's ordinary shares will trade on AIM under the new name of Summit Properties Limited and the new TIDM of SMTP. The Company's ISIN (GG00BJ4FZW09) and SEDOL (BJ4FZW0) will remain the same and existing share certificates will remain valid and will not be replaced.
The website address at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available will change at the same time as the change of name to https://www.summit-properties.com
