Final close on NASDAQ is $13.78 (Todays High) which at current exchange rates is £2.10 hopefully this will further increase next week & pull AIM up further next week. Recent publication per HM above seems to have created further interest. In addition 7,983 was the total numbers & included as last transaction of 1,000 at $13.7674.

Momentum is building & it is still the 'Summer' - roll on £2.50 (Ask).

Their new CEO just bought up $2 million worth of shares as a show of good faith but not sure how the rights issue actually finalised ... I thought it was all taken up? (EDIT - perhaps not all officially reported ... so not certain of that? As I type the SMMT NASDAQ share price making another upward concerted effort north of $13.75)

Sarepta's rights issue (I think they call them secondary issue over there) subscription period ended yesterday. Anyone seen how well that went? Sarepta have been criticised for diluting shareholders yet again.

It's sad that Joe has gone. My commiserations. Hopefully his family will benefit from a good outcome with his SUMM investment.

Think any SRPT takeover more likely to be their paper plus cash sweetener.

No its just MMs closing gap between us and nasdaq imo hoping to generate a bit of interest ! And they drew out a 10k buy it seems.

With no logged buys or sales ... almost an hour into trading and the share price moves up from 197.5 to £2?

EDIT @ 11.20 am ... 84 buys and 961 sells, produces one of the largest AIM share price hikes in a while ... is this NASDAQ traders ( yet unpublished trades )buying cheap on AIM?

Final close $13.62 which at todays exchange rate is £2.08 & again is ahead of AIM which is slowly catching up also note there were a large number of transaction today 51,197.Clearly an increase in interest in Summit state side fuelling the notion that SRPT may have their own interest in SMMT.

Great potential again today on NASDAQ ... does anyone have a view about whether this is simply riding on Sarepta's coattails or is this as a result of renewed interest in Summit? (Or perhaps both?)

Glaxo spent $130 million in the second quarter acquiring a priority review voucher to expedite the Food and Drug Administration's assessment. Haven't SUMM got one of those? More than the market cap.

MMs clearly playing a different game with the share price to the world that they allow us to be are privy to.
