NASDAQ up ahead of AIM

As things currently stand NASDAQ is at £1.94 up 6.49% using current exchange rate putting AIM somewhat behind.Clearly greater interest currently in USA hopefully AIM will catch up soon.C-Diff article per link above makes for a great platform for some future C-Diff investor (hopefully soon - 'This summer'?).

With regards the new C-Diff article it makes for a good read & certainly a good 'poster' for any future potential investor.It is a pity that the tweet was not in the form of an RNS.

AGM thoughts/questions

With the cost of 2 x 700 trials at least $100m we will need a 'friend' with deep pockets. Given where we are, and assuming no 'grant' money comes our way, one of the 'many' term sheets we have/had on the table will need to pony up the $100m as I can't see us having 'spare' funds beyond paying for our split of future ETZ trials.

So what percentage should we 'give' away in return for the $100m funding? (Wellcome I assume would also be diluted from current 20/25% they have rights on.

Re future funding needs on ETZ . Are they willing/able to attempt to fund both drugs as previously said wouldn't.
If the F3 data looks weak, but F6 a lot better, given the 30:10 patent split, does that mean further trials before phase 3.

AGM - 2 WEEKS today

Fantasy Football time with Summit share price :

IMHO 3 scenarios:

If an RNS in Q1 2017 announces

1. Very positive helpful proof of concept with an "indisputable major cessation in muscle health deterioration in a significant percentage of boy's biopsies over trial period" share price = £5 - 10

2. Although I may wish otherwise, worried that the most likely outcome is a fudged "something seems to be occurring that isn't as significant as hoped" ... so more tests involving just the F6 formulation. share price = £2.50 - 3

3. If it's a negative, share price = £1. (based on taking C Diff forward to P3 with 3rd party funding)

EDIT - QUESTION Re: point 1 : Will enough 24 wk data be released in Q1 to make this feasible ... or am I wrong in assuming that resulting info can make a positive outcome seem possible at that stage?(as another P.I. suggested via personal note) i.e Will the info available in Q1 provide enough top line data for initial "proof of concept"?

What's worrying is the thought that I suspect characters like Jim Mellon would be happy to sell out a lot less than many of the PI's here and together with a handful of individuals and institutional investors who hold the majority share holding, they would be the ones calling the shots (in such a scenario).

EDIT - if there's a whiff in the air that EZD will bring about transformational results, one would hope that even they would hold off flirtatious advances until an official announcement is made. All depends on the actual degree of success (or conversely lack of enough irrefutable positive data?)
