Posted at 25/2/2022 10:59 by planit2 Yes, deal was done before administrators were appointed in order to keep all the business value intact. At cost if debt is going higher all investors need to be on the lookout for this kind of situation. Most investors (and boards) only have experience in a lowering interest rate and easy money environment. Banks hand out umbrellas when it is sunny and ask for them back when it is raining. |
Posted at 23/2/2022 12:56 by mrblueface This will be DELISTED soon LOL and investors will have nothing to show for the money they bet on this trash. A one armed bandit machine would have given everyone better odds lolololololololololo |
Posted at 22/2/2022 15:37 by skindle All genuine investors/posters, it would be advisable to filter the abhorrent individual who would appear to be enjoying this situation.I am surprised that we have not been informed of the appointment of an administrator nor have we heard that the board are in discussion with any party about the possibility of acquisition. Surely something is going on and as a shareholder I believe we have the right to know. I shouldn’t be surprised and frustrated that the board under this current incumbent has been very poor with their communication to shareholders and the wider stock market. |
Posted at 20/2/2022 15:16 by sikhthetech Still no rns re administration or placing...If they announce a placing then it's likely to be deeply discounted with the BoD saying that it's the only option. Same goes for a MBO. Normally I would expect a placing or administration to be announced within days of the suspension. Because of the delay I think there could be skeletons in the cupboard which may lead to fraud investigation. Given the uncertainty and time since their rns, the major risk now is even if they come out of suspension investors will rush to sell asap and so the share price will crash. |

Posted at 14/2/2022 21:08 by mr5k You also had some pretty sharp investors involved like Ennismore. That and Mike Ashley buying more shares recently, and you can forgive yourself having been duped. |
Posted at 06/1/2022 18:19 by skindle I hope I’m not tempting fate here but has the share price now discovered the stop figure associated with the open sell order ? There would appear to be solid support at around 160 pence. As Studio have an office in Shanghai, I am mystified as to why we have so far not seen any investors emerging from outside the U.K. Chinese investors particularly have a keen eye for an under valued business. |
