Strip Tinning (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connection systems to the automotive sector, has been notified that on 7 October 2022 Mark Perrins, Managing Director, purchased a total of 9,400 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mark Perrins' total beneficial interest in the Company is 13,109 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
