Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), a leading online gaming operator, announces that Ronen Kannor (Chief Financial Officer) purchased 39,273 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 155 pence per share.

The 39,273 Ordinary Shares were purchased by Mr Kannor from Ukudla Commodities Limited, a member of the Enlarged GAL concert party. As Mr Kannor is also a member of the Enlarged GAL concert party the overall interest in Ordinary Shares of the Enlarged GAL concert party remains 25,002,362, representing 32.98 per cent. of the share capital of the Company. The resultant holdings of ordinary shares by members of the Enlarged GAL concert party respectively are as follows:
