Sizeable acquisition announced this morning, immediately earnings enhancing :))


Financial Information on InfiApps and further details of the Acquisition

For the financial year ended 31 December 2014, InfiApps generated turnover of $13.7 million (2013: $4.6 million), EBIT of $3.6 million (2013: $1.0 million) and profit before tax of $3.4 million (2013: $1.0 million). Net assets were $0.6 million. In the financial year ended 31 December 2014, 69% of InfiApp's revenue was generated from North America.

For the five months to 31 May 2015, InfiApps generated turnover of $8.3m and profit before tax of $2.3 million. These audited numbers are presented under US GAAP.

Fantastic rise today! This is definetely a buy&hold for me. First buy at a 20% profit and second at 8% now. My only regret is not having bought more. But will be looking to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Eventually found the previous estimate was for 5.7 million so quite an increase.

Online bingo operator Stride Gaming said in a HY2 trading update Monday it was trading ahead of management expectations and now expects an adjusted EBITDA for the year ending August 31, 2015 of no less than GBP 7 million, up from its previously estimated GBP 5.7 million.

Stride Gaming shares which listed on AIM for 132p each last month, rose 4 percent to 205p per share on the back of the update earlier today (Monday).

The company attributes its performance to the strong organic growth of the business.

Trading in the second half of the financial year is strong with the organic growth of the business continuing at pace and ahead of management expectations. Management now expects adjusted EBITDA for the year ended 31 August 2015 to be not less than GBP7 million.

Battleb - just ignore. Idiot is posting here because I said I sold part of my SEE holdings (at a small loss) to buy STR. Don't know why he took it personal. He had no idea who STR were before I mentioned it. What he posts in the SEE thread is also just plain rubish. Best to ignore. I think he is the only one who believes that what is said here can move the share price

bb2 - I've always preferred filtered to instant coffee; far less bitter + altogether a much smoother experience. I think the same will probably apply to 19bells ;o)
