30/7/2018 12:31 | The price is where it is for a reason chaps - and even if Tim pulled a viable project out of a hat it will be over five years and placing after placing before any returns are seen and even then we know from long experience that it simply isn't the way of this board to allow any of that value to make its way to shareholders. In fact most of it will be well and truly spent in advance, such is their "counting chickens" approach to business. | romeike
30/7/2018 12:27 | Interesting to see that Claire Bay promoted from office manager to "VP exploration and business development". No doubt a just reward for protecting Directors interests. | romeike
30/7/2018 10:17 | Gentlemen Has anyone noticed the similarity between the recent Dalafin JV with major IAMGOLD and the Oksut project that Stratex sold to Centerra Gold for $20m & retained a NSR. It seems almost identical by nature. This link was forwarded to me by a learned fellow. Draw your own conclusions. | thecoyone
30/7/2018 10:08 | Bought a few more today while still cheap...230k worth, showing as a sell | laptop15
27/7/2018 08:49 | How long can this dog keep breathing | juju44
26/7/2018 14:53 | My guess is news is close and the mms are looking for cheap shares before they rise it and cash in. Just the way AIM works | laptop15
26/7/2018 14:46 | 2 x 1 mill buys that are showing as sells as someone i know bought them | laptop15
26/7/2018 14:42 | Looks like a sea of sells today - presumably your buy was mismatched but still, amongst a sea of sells. I look forward to the Chairman being asked to leave and will be sure to wish him all the best when he does. Stupid old cnt. | romeike
25/7/2018 15:38 | Bought some today at 0.403p....when drill news comes this should go back over the placing price | laptop15
24/7/2018 14:43 | Any news due here guys?? I see share price way under placing price | laptop15
24/7/2018 10:03 | The recent placing was well supported by city folk impressed by the new CEO who has extensive contacts within the sector. Legend investor Bob Morton took £150k, Turner Pope took their fees in shares & happy to be locked in 6 months. Investment criteria changes. Stratex has proved to be disastrous for anyone buying over the last 18 months, they are a much changed company now. This will become apparent in due course. | thecoyone
23/7/2018 16:17 | Tad has bigged this Company up on many different occasions, including the Crusader deal, until he changed his mind. He talked up Englebrecht after having met him at a mining seminar. He's been wrong on every count | steve1905
23/7/2018 15:40 | But if there really was such fantastic potential here, you'd think that with the market cap as low as it is it would make sense to organise a management buyout and take it private to maximise returns. The fact is this board just loves spending other people's cash but could never stomach risking its own. | romeike
23/7/2018 14:45 | 'Buy shares that are hated and unloved to make money' says Paul Johnson Very interesting interview (ignoring his pumping of his own positions) but describes the shenanigans that occur on AIM re dodgy brokers/market makers. Never a truer word spoken, I do hope the short positions have an exit strategy here, relying on another placing may be the wrong idea! This stock is tightly held. | tadtech
20/7/2018 22:03 | I've seen some bad management but I have to say Stratex is by far the worst I ever came across. Most bad boards are either incompetent or, let us say, 'wilfully careless' with how they choose to spend capital - Stratex are, in my opinion, both. | romeike
20/7/2018 21:19 | Did he not get the recognition with a full wallet for destroying the company - but yea lets give the devious gangster some more | juju44
20/7/2018 09:45 | Is Bob still a consultant here | juju44
20/7/2018 09:35 | Took part in the last placing & expected to be fully rewarded by year end. If all goes to plan the rewards could be stunning. Lots going on behind the scenes. | thecoyone
20/7/2018 09:16 | I think you could safely predict a price of zero for this trash | juju44
20/7/2018 09:06 | Getting closer to my 0.25p prediction. Still not buying there though. | sicilian_kan |
