08/3/2018 23:51 | Stratex £1m Loan to Crusader Good news for Stratex, half of Crusader's A$3m debt will be converted into shares by Copulos Group, makes it easier for them to make full repayment shortly. | tadtech
07/3/2018 11:22 | If STI are lucky, Delafin will be diluted to the NSR, effectively valued at $2m but of course before too long that possible interest will need to be sold at a discount to fund overheads. | youngharry2
02/3/2018 09:34 | Looks like someone picked up a million for 0.84p at 8:30 and 500k gone through at 0.89p. | novicetrade68
02/3/2018 09:10 | They had an alliance with Antofagasta which is a 10 billion company, yes a ten billion company, and they made no dollars. Yes, no dollars. | danieldruff2
02/3/2018 09:01 | Yes a $3.5 BILLION company | the_sage1
02/3/2018 08:59 | This is going back to 2p+ plain and simple. New CEO new strategy, alliance with a $3.5 BILLION company | the_sage1
02/3/2018 08:44 | The gangsters continue to rob whats left . Scum | juju44
02/3/2018 08:35 | Morning shakeout - classic after excellent JV news yesterday. | goldenshare888
02/3/2018 07:33 | Disgraceful allocation of ten year (!!!!!) options to the CEO. If you discount the strike price (0.9p)to a PV, we talk maybe 0.5p rather than the 0.9p as presented. So a significant transfer of shareholders money to a person who has contributed nothing to the company. This BOD needs to be scrutized with respect to fiduciary duties - the enormous spending on fees on the aborted Crusader transaction is a major scandal. Never seen anything like it, and i have seen a lot! | baner
02/3/2018 07:28 | Made money here before and am buying into this again. Game changer JV announced yesterday with $3.5b company Greatland Gold went from £3m to £70m market value on a blue chip miner getting involved | the_sage1
02/3/2018 07:18 | There's your answer Steve...no need to buy shares when he has 6,000,000 options handed to him at below the market price - shows great belief in increasing shareholder value that one! It's more fun reading the rns in a Victor Meldrew style voice and then saying "I don't believe it" to yourself | supercity
02/3/2018 00:03 | £4m market cap Stratex completes JV deal with $3 billion company IAMGOLD | tadtech
28/2/2018 08:14 | will the last person posting please put the lights out | youngharry2
27/2/2018 11:14 | Bob"s off on the 1st of march. Anyone organising a whip-round? Relax though, he'll keep his snout in the trough. | steve1905
27/2/2018 08:21 | New CEO must be out of his tree joining this heap of junk . Or maybe he's another clown like Foster in to milk what he can before it finally goes down the toilet | juju44
27/2/2018 08:18 | Seems they are trying to win the 'how much can we write off in one year' award with those results...not much more can be said. | supercity
26/2/2018 12:15 | They are well connected and with a decent share register so I am wondering who the suggested JV partner at Dalafin may be. Seems they are learning regular news releases however small are better than one massive RNS containing numerous project updates. March could be an interesting month for Stratex & dont forget Peter Gyllenhamar holds 8%+ and paid more than 1.1p | observer007
26/2/2018 11:58 | I think they're in either Fareham or Farnborough. Looks like there'll be all sorts of updates now by the company from historic tinpot investments, although I'd say their 'flagships' these days are Dalafin and Thani, maybe Muratdere too. | novicetrade68
23/2/2018 09:06 | I think they are based somewhere in Hampshire. Let's be honest though, they could carry out their business from a corner cafe. I would honestly be surprised if they do more than 1 day week. | steve1905
23/2/2018 07:52 | YoungHarry Stratex do not "have offices in central London". The Piccadilly address is simply their registered office address - ie the place where their brass plaque is displayed by the service provider who forwards the mail. I've got friends who are tiny one man companies who use the same address. | tournesol |
