Thanks novice.Closer to home, what is to be made of the TSR resources RNS's? Is it an innocent faux-pas by TSR (with protocol consequences) or being blown-up by STI?Or maybe best to ignore it all (provided PA leaves soonest). Cheers, tightfist

The Crusader update in Australia does suggest the AIM listing will go ahead and that there is apparently 'strong institutional interest'.

If so, it will hopefully increase odds STI will get their money back in a timely fashion.

Or sti could be used as a cash shell for a pipe and slippers collection?

In Canada new entry crypto currency businesses are using cash rich shell companies as vehicles to reverse into and gain a stock market listing. I saw a report yesterday stating this and it stated this will accelerate next year. I would suspect if it can happen over there then it sure can happen here too and STI are now nothing more than a cashed up shell, whether or not we can be reversed into before Allotment Bob and his fellow directors of doom have siphoned off the rest of the cash is anyones guess. Perhaps PG has a similar strategy in mind with his buying here.

Many thanks for your highly intelligent analysis Steve - it is people like you who should be offered the Nobel price!! In economy as well as in litterature - your language being most elegant and classy!

Will bob be winding down for Christmas and looking forward to getting a new pipe and pair of slippers? (all perfect for some more sleepy board meetings, long flights on expenses etc)!

Yawn...wake me up when bob et al have all gone, and someone who has a clue about building shareholder value takes the helm.......

Hoping for that update by the end of next week. At a minimum we need an announcement that Peter Addison is stepping down and some hint about future possibilities.

Bob better have something interesting to say in his '"major update"
My bets go on the same old bluster whilst the charlatans continue to squeeze this dry.
They are absolutely shameless

I think that is about right, remember this assumes we get the cash back from CAS and also includes the pitiful amount of cash we got when Marcus 'disposed' of GRL.

Why is this guy not in jail?

At the current share price Stratex is valued at cash in bank + cash out on loan, with no value whatsoever attributed to assets, including the 30% in Thani Stratex.

I agree Stratex can't now bumble on as it is under the Dad's Army management team, but I can't believe there's no good use for 5 million quid.

It's the end of the road for STI as an independent company.

A vulture may find some fat to strip from this sorry carcass.

Would expect to see some "Late buy trades" posted over the next few days as the offer was up on Tuesday all day with no trades posted. MMs will endeavour to report and make them look like sells, as is their normal practice.

And doubtless most of it bought for just over a penny. A nice return IF the company is turned around.
