Good find Buggy. The article spells out even more inconsistencies in the deal. Proactive have been supportive of Stratex in the past and for them them to sale the deal is questionable speaks volumes.

Took 1m of these recently, nothing better than taking advantage of bitter stale longs dumping at the bottom.

Market cap is covered by cash with everything else thrown in for free!

I will personally be votng against the merger after reading the article on Proactiveinvestor.

They definitely have lots of questions and issues with the deal. They also feel that certain information should have be revealed to the shareholders about the deal. Not sure if this has been posted here before but I have added the url below for anyone who want to read.

I think all PI should at least read it before making up their minds. For me some of the issues raised are quite damning.

To be fair it probably wasn't private, just standing round with plonk and nibbles with everybody else.

If Marcus gave him an hour of private conversation with a small investor , its no wonder this is down the toilet . How ridiculous can you get

Dingo, CAS holders are actually moaning that the STI share price fall means they are getting a bum deal, although the reality is that the STI share price is irrelevant to them as the cash and assets they are getting are unchanged and not related in any way to the share price

The terms of the deal are already set, based on historic SPs, so unless you are planning to sell up this side of the deal, it really does not matter if STI crashes to 0.5p and the CAS share price goes to the moon, or vice versa.

Tha value of the newco will be set by the market once the deal and share consolidation are completed.

I'm out at the moment, so just a watcher.

Regular posters here might be interested that Tadtech seems to have abandoned this thread (and his own) for Hotcopper, where he has updated on last week's investor presentation. He claims to have spent an hour in conversation with Marcus, which left him optimistic.

There are no large shareholders . Market cap 5million . 10% of nothing is nothing. This guy came over from Australia with a purpose .
Sell up you bums and give us our money - whats left of it

Crusader shareholders are laughing their asses off.
Couldn;t believe their luck.
They get an 80% boost in their share price and all our cash.
We get diluted to hell and savaged by the market quite rightly.

No large shareholders over 10% requisitioning an EGM.

Apathy is such a French trait, not an english one!
Shameful

The share price now has to end up below the 1p that the CEO valued the company at. I can't see anything supporting it. Nothing appears to be on the near term horizon to give it a boost either.

If only they would cancel the deal, you'd probably see a 50% rise on the same day.

Wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear anything significant here until October. Nothing to discuss other than how much money they burnt this month. Yawn.

Very quiet here. I've been itching to know what happened at last week's investor presentation, how Marcus sold the deal and whether he survived the event. There's been no RNS, so I suppose he must still be alive. Did anyone go?
