15/9/2020 09:47 | I've upped my stake here at these bargain levels | jpuff
15/9/2020 08:26 | Pretty fair results, $500k cash with LCCM developments not too far off...hopefully. | sleveen
14/9/2020 11:24 | I'd be more worried if the increase in POC reduced the likelihood of re-commencement of operations! | sleveen
10/9/2020 09:14 | What about the 'increases the likelihood' caveat?? "The lodgement of the full PEPR and the strong recovery in copper prices increases the likelihood that 2021 will see the full-scale re-commencement of operations at Leigh Creek." | troutisout
10/9/2020 07:45 | Agree, useful update. All projects are subject to finance, current POC makes the project easier to finance. Take a look at the disaster that is VAST. | sleveen
10/9/2020 07:39 | Good rns, but a noticeable caveat in there regarding any commencement of operations.... "subject to finance" | apfindley

02/9/2020 08:15 | I would expect only a summary of the PEPR process in an RNS. Phrases such as draft program draft proposal are used interchangeably. So no issues regarding PEPR process other than a short dealy. RNS 2/11/19 states the internal feasibility study from 2016 of LD/L by the previous owners requires further updating. Low and behold we get info on that further update re solvent extraction etc. Where's the beef? | sleveen
01/9/2020 13:15 | Haha how can anyone miss it you keep repeating it everywhere. How much cash have they got now? How much will be needed for the restart of Leigh Creek? How much will be needed to start Redmoor? RE the arbitration figure, isn't it the case the debtor is now locked up in the US for a fraudulent ponzi scheme, where she defrauded lots of parties and what remains of her assets have been seized and will be liquidated to try and pay back all of her creditors? If so where do SML stand in the queue and how much do you expect them to receive? | troutisout

01/9/2020 12:43 | back to last Friday's close and today's open, so any negativity in the RNS has been shrugged off! | jusjusjus
01/9/2020 12:20 | Sleveen, It would do if that was the case, but we were previously told this was the case (see below from RNS 21/5), the delays are obvious and we know they were asked for more info back in mid July, which they said 'did not appear to raise any major concerns' so we should have had approval around now. All this now, that they were going to submit the extra info as a draft and then decided to delay it and submit it as a full, doesn't tally with how the process works as stated below.......they address it into a final lodgement (at no point would they address it as another draft and then a final lodgement) "The lodgement of the draft PEPR is an important step to full re-opening of operations and producing copper at Leigh Creek. The general regulatory process for a licence to operate is for companies to lodge a draft proposal which is circulated to relevant departments within the South Australian state government. This process normally takes around two months and feedback is then addressed/incorporat | troutisout

01/9/2020 10:33 | So "a few weeks delay" so that a full PEPR application can be made rather than supplementary information to update a previous draft PEPR application. Makes sense to me. | sleveen

23/8/2020 22:20 | So when os the timeline for SML to start its main work? They have dropped a bit...the share price isnt ao bad now to enter now but the spread is mad | ivan danko
23/8/2020 17:22 | Another very informative tweet chain that gives some good information on the company. Better than listening to all the naysayers and derampers that keep repeating the doom and gloom. Then they say they are invested too and love to inflict self damage to their investment...lolhttp | laptop15 |
