It should rise from this level though as the mm's are bidding 0.986p which is substantially higher than the mid price and almost the full offer price to sell
so they are just manipulating at this level

We are all unhappy with the management failures but things have changed and could prove to be what was needed anyway. There has been positive progress since and we'll see how business is progressing in due course.

* When we reached resolutions 6 and 7 (to authorize the issue of shares and disapplication of exemption rights) I stated that ordinary shareholders were wary of excessive dilution at the current share price and asked what level of dilution would occur if the directors issued the maximum number of shares stipulated in these resolutions (I was fishing for a reaction). The response was they would have to check the exact number in issue but the maximum number of shares they could issue would be 250M (which would lead to a 100% dilution) the CEO then stated that they could not issue the shares below par (1p) anyway (the shares are currently quoted at 0.6 – 0.8p) which was one of the resposes I was hoping to hear, as it indicates to me that the BOD have no intention of issuing any shares until investor sentiment improves and the share price is considerably higher than it is now. If they were considering issuing shares at these sorts of levels they would need shareholders to approve a special resolution (at a general meeting) for a share reorganization to bring the par value of the shares to significantly below the current share price. There was no indication from any of the BOD that such an action was being contemplated.

Andy - this may not be as expensive as it seems. It is highly unlikely that this is a new employee - he will be a part time "consultant" on about £300 per working diem. I strongly suspect his mandate is to try and gain military training contracts and his history will certainly help. This is where SA started of course, with the (unfulfilled) concept of training military UAV crews - a concept thought to be highly lucrative - as usual, where government funds are involved!
Since SA lost that first military contract - they have floundered around looking for a mission in life - the results of which all share holders are painfully aware. Maybe the new guy can rekindle SA's original master plan - we wish him luck.

You need to blame someone for your sorry predicament and you find it helpful to direct your ire in my direction. But does it make you feel better?

Would your time not be better spent on learning the rudiments of accounts, how the AIM "market" works, the P&D crews that operate, etc.

Do you seriously believe that this will rise 40 fold for you to break even? Do you seriously believe that this company will become cashflow positive or EVER make a profit? What are the chances that the next set of accounts will be absolutely diabolical?

Our group is certainly on Duty and have been for the duration, Anyone would think they have an idea what they're talking about.

Andy, What are you talking about, Keep up mate, things are happening and not much you can argue as far as progress is being made, Not as fruitful as yet but we all know this without you making hostile comments, We'll find out as we move on how the new management move us into profit as they say, by the year end!
Dismissing everything as your agenda insists has nothing to do with the potential and promise if we consider what's on offer over the next few years.
So Andy, You don't think Aero are making a statement with this appointment then, Seem like you would prefer a novice on the cheap? Think about it!
Also before you go taking liberties and toady remarks as you do, better check before you post.
Nothing really to say at this time is there? Just a matter of research and join the dots, It doesn't look now like we are in the worst position looking forward so we'll have to wait and see before making biased comments, Don't you think?

We have been saying that for a good while now, the continual dilution has ruined any good business model that once existed, IMO.

I guess they are back promoting to try and assist the churn of the recently issued new shares into punters' hands.

Just a reminder of what he is paid to do. Endless tirade of "just keep buying this POS" - and what was the share price back in December 2015? All the way down to 0.1p "It's still the best thing since sliced bread"!

Without doubt excellent news. Our BOD are getting on with building the company to be able to achieve the objectives they have set. All looking very good, 2016 should be a great year for us.

The full offer being paid again, it might move back up again and in todays market bearing in mind the recent rise is very encouraging.
