My calculations were wrong, it's actually worse than I thought!

The 250,000,000 shares issued in lieu of payments were in addition to the 850,0000,000 issued, and then they additionally issued 50,000,000 to "consultants", lucky them eh Dennis?

So my calculations were out by 300,000,000 shares, even more confetti, the slices of the pie get thinner and thinner all the time.......



On 23rd January, there were 384,000,000 shares in this company.

On 24th January they issued 380,000,000 million new shares, or a 100% dilution.
So 384,000,000 shares became 764,000,000 (plus 418,000,000 warrants)

On 14th February they issued 850,000,000 million new shares, PLUS 250,000,000 director placing shares, PLUS 50,000,000 "consultant shares", totaling 1,150,000,000 a further dilution of around 140%

so 764,000,000 shares became 1,914,125,280 (Plus more warrants).

So, in three weeks, the shares in issue has risen more than 470%!


Do you think this is good?


Now we come to the warrants. the warrants newly created total 1,535,000,000.

So, should the warrants be exercised, they would virtually dilute the company another 80%%.

so 1,914,125,280 shares + 1,535,000,000 warrants could result in 3,449,125,280 issued shares in total. That's quite some increase from the 364,000,000 that existed on 23rd January, is it not?

Some people think this is good, wow!

Calcs done quickly, feel free to correct any that are wrong.

A lot of shares traded today but no sign of any bounce from this low level which is very much priced to fail by the looks of it to me. However some of the directors have put their money up front and not insignificant amounts so whether it is lights on money or as best placed to know what progress is being made, better than the trolls that attack companies at such times, money to ensure recovery and take advantage of the opportunities in this technology/industry remains to be seen.

I had hoped to have news of progress before the placing announced today but it is going to need some concrete news of progress before we see much recovery from this low share price

However the opportunities are there and if the BOD can deliver then 2017 could be a lot brighter than 2016 :-)

I make the total Shares in issue as of end of Feb being well in excess of 2 BILLION. Somebody else has also noted that if the Warrants are all taken up, that could then exceed 3 BILLION.
The RNS attempts to get away with suggesting less than 2 BILLION.

Exactly.... just a load of smoke & mirrors to keep the lights on AND any existing PI has been shafted big time. Anybody added up the Shares/Warrants disclosed in the RNS and then added that to the existing (approx.) 750million shares in issues and noticed anything odd about the RNS ?
