Looks a very safe bet, with cash equivalent to the share price and the business valued at zilch.

Bought 10k and moved the price 1.5p! Seems this could rocket with any sustained buying.

Simply overlooked and unloved but a stonking buy at this level. Profitable and with excellent prospects. May well get a lot more.

Incidentally there was a very small paragraph in Shares magazine a couple of weeks back saying SKC should benefit from brokerage houses outsourcing research (to avoid conflicts of interest).

I dont know if it can go much lower without getting stupid! If profits grow as much as they did last year (and the forward statement states SIGNIFCANT growth expected) the pre-tax operating profit may come in at around 0.4M. Never mind the 42p cash pile!

PS. Im getting an online quote of 45p to buy so the spread probably isnt as bad as it looks.

Not much ramping here then!!

Anyway bearing in mind last results were to end Decemeber 2005 and company is generating approx 0.2m every six months then as of now;

Cash approx 4.1M or 43p
Net Cash approx 4M or 41.5p
Property assets worth 0.3M or 3p per share

Ask price has moved up to 47p now from 45.6p. Perhaps bottomed out. Looks a bit of a no-brainer given strong underlying profit growth and bullish outlook. Cash pile prob limits the upside though.
