Woodford fund offloading some purple brick shares today. Only a matter of time before he does here aswell imo. Will be watching for an entry price below 100p.

Woodford dumping and FTSE 250 relegation will weigh for a bit here. Watching for an entry level.

Woodford having to reduce his stupidly huge weightings in the listed stuff will help the shares down the line as he has distorted and reduced liquidity, he has been abso toxic for every company he has gone near especially where he has got involved like Stobart, sooner hes out and closed down the better. Kerrisdale called it on this complete sham. Just a pigs trough for fees for the platforms. FCA as usual turn up so late all they can do is count the bodies.

Good news directors are buying. The only thing that would worry me is the Woodford holding. As investors take money out of the fund he will need to liquidate some of the holdings. Good luck

The lower the price the more of a bargain this becomes. If funds have to dispose of shares which drives the price down then it only makes the same company cheaper for others to snaffle up. This price is lower than 2013 when I first bought.

8 shareholders hold 70% of the shares. Some of these may be in FTSE funds, but we'll know in the next 2 weeks if any are selling due to the relegation.

I too have topped up today. At 2.50 thy were way over-valued. But at 1.00 and a 6percent yield, they offer decent value. I would have bought even if the Chief exec hadn't made some purchases. Not worried about Woodford as I don't see his fund closing or selling at these levels. Wouldn't surprise me if he hadn't seen this coming and taken opposite positions to protect the fund.

Yet more director buys, from CEO Warwick Brady and Chairman Iain Ferguson.

Fair play to them, these are not small purchases and they show a good deal of commitment and faith in future direction for Stobart.

LOL

Venice is already looking at restricting tourism. In fact, it has already started with its restrictions on cruise ships.
