Let me tell you how to "monetise Authorbridge"

Remember the date 17 March 2020!

Tell everybody in the annual report that you are looking at the best way to monetising Authorbridge....what you have actually done is sowed a seed in everyone's brain that like normal.....few months later you take it out of the equation altogether and remove it entirely!

You then have enough time to try and by time to develop a new toy, this time on grant handouts, then say we are now launching this instead.

Easy, peasy even a 12 year old could work that one out.

StiloLosses is the "investing" equivalent of a harmonic oscillator;needing regular winding up in order to function.

What will now be the BIGGEST failure?

A. Authorbridge being written off?

B. Failure of none Covid 2019 dreadful results?

C. Company now relying on grants?

D. Management passing the buck to new boy Tipper so they can blame him when they do eventually sink?

E. The soon to be revelations about 2020 numbers which will be around £800k if they are lucky?

F. All of the above?

It is well worth noting(see header)that Stilo were intending to pay "dividends" in 2020,that is to say,an Interim and a Final.
What a shame then that Covid will possibly frustrate their projected renaissance.

As regards the impairment of AuthorBridge's asset value, this was in any event scheduled to be amortised over a ten year period;the immediate action being taken only serving to increase profitability in this and future years.

Despite this impairment, one of the "key considerations" for the Group is "how best to monetise AuthorBridge in the future".

IBM anybody ?

Lost you tongue as usual Mudbath.

So nothing to say about Authorbridge that you told us was going to raise millions and has now been written off after costing £1 million and earning around £3.50 in revenues.

Shrewdie what are your thoughts on Tern in terms of ramping it up so that you can offload?

If it's u turns we are talking about Mud let's look at the tiny, minute, silly little incompetent u turn super management made couple of weeks ago for a tiny miniscule amount of around a £1 million on a tiny, insignificant piece of equipment that took 10 years to make which nobody ever asked for or needed.

Lol. You could not even make a sketch of that on the Laurel and Hardy show.

Management threw everything at this dreadful piece of nobody wanted equipment then simply said "nah, let's just sack it."

If memory serves me correctly, I think I bought Stilo shares at about £10 per share not £1.00. Then again, you have access to my accounts, "don't you?"

Least everybody can now have their shreddies, including David Ashman and his sons, who probably turned out to be the best placed in this fiasco.

Course they were going to reinstate dividends in the current year!

Just like they did in 2019!

As far as I can see Covid started for Stilo back in 2019 when they made yet another loss.

Course, the current excuse this time being the real Covid take two.

Dreadful, pathetic management that have now passed the buck to another sitting new boy duck, having quietly taken the back seat, having written of Authorbridge that they invested £1 million in when nobody wanted it.

Least the grants will keep them popped up.

I wonder what excuses they will continue to use before they pop it completely.

Then again, with nobody or hardly anybody buying Migrate or Omnimark anyway, I would have thought they would have ditched these before ditching Authorbridge.

Then again only professional market shrewdies like you will know that.

One good thing about the current lack of a listing is that StiloLosses cannot do yet another U turn.

He has "always called it right" ?

So initially SL bought and recommended STL to friends and family at £1.00.

Subsequently as reality dawned he and his followers sold, taking a 90% + loss.

Suddenly,SL acquired an inside line to the company, turned hugely bullish and advised friends, family and thread readers to sell their houses, kitchen sink etc and get back in BIG,as did he.

Once again though he realised the folly of his thinking, sold out for another stonking loss and advised all and sundry to follow him.

All this time, shrewdies were doing exactly the opposite and banking bundles!

Still in denial(a place he knows well)SL cannot even believe the BoD's assertion that excluding any Covid factor, their company was looking at growth, profitability and a reinstated dividend in the current year.

As sure as night follows day,StiloLosses will change his tune as it becomes evident(to him)that Stilo remains an absolute gem and one which will contiue to reward its loyal followers.

PS
How many shares did SL snap up at 1p prior to the delisting?

Ooops I can also firmly put to bed your dreadful theory on Tipper

You said that he must have done something fantastic as Stilo's VP of sales to be given the position of CEO.

What he achieved as VP of sales was a £300k reduction in sales and a paltry loss of around £177k or something.

So you was wrong again and as usual misleading us like normal.

Stilo rewarded the position of CEO to Tipper based on his failure as VP of sales at Stilo.

Quite normal for Stilo.

No such thing as Covid in 2019 if memory serves me correctly Mud and all they were able to do was £1.2 million after 30 years plus.

It appears they have written off the Authorbridge toy they took about 10 years to develop and spend obscene amounts of money on.

No dividends here, no growth here and no products to talk about.

Name of the game now is grants and survival.

Dreadful, pathetic, ridiculous, lousy are some of the words that come to mind.

You must have the wrong Company SL,for the BoD of Stilo in their Annual Report(pre Covid)anticipated growth, further R&D,higher retained cash and of course a reinstatement of the dividend.
All to play for here;unless one is a blinkered incorrigible manic depressive where STL is concerned.

Certainly hope it can't do worse than Stilo.

Can't make it up if you tried.

Super, pathetic management at Stilo have just woken up and realised what I have been saying for years, "customers don't want their products, customers using third party tools, oops!, Market so tiny.....and the worse one....

......Writing off pathetic Authorbridge after spending many years and around a million quid on it. Ooops!!!"

So now super Stilo is counting on grants to keep it afloat.

Could you make it up "absolutely not."

Lockdown for Stilo not very far away now.

Course, professional market experts will continue to say that Stilo is going from strength to strength, grants are looking super, they will soon have some money to buy a hot dog van by way of acquisition and dividends are well covered and will explode. "Ooops!!

Name of the game now is "survival!"

Well done professional market experts!

Property acquisitions lol.

So you are throwing us that line again.

You rascal, you!

The only property they need to acquire is a hot dog van, a market stall or a fish and chip shop.

Will help them to diversify into the new north American market in which they have been based in for the last 30 years plus.

Which line is that?

Jubilee Line!

Just keep on making it up as you go along.

You will next be telling us that they are going to be making a film in Hollywood called

The Stilo Returns

and that it is going to be nominated for 30 Bafta awards.

Stilo will, in all probability, initially seek a listing on the TSXV market.

Costs are minimal,in comparison to the main TSX,with original Listing Fees ranging between $10,000 and $40,000, with a sustaining fee payable after the first month. There are also additional fees for certain transactions, such as property acquisitions, secondary public offerings and private placements.

A profitable exit beckons, down the line.

I'm sure they will have enough money to buy a fruit and veg store acquisition whilst appointing a Director of Human Resources to look after a workforce of............................3 and a quarter people!

Decisions! Decisions!

New company in town in North America!

Ooooops! Sorry!

I forgot. They have already been based there since 1942!
