28/2/2019 21:53 | little wonder is getting hard to buy now. A major breakout pattern is just now emerging: | mattjos
28/2/2019 13:12 | With four buys totalling a mere 33.5k pushing the bid price up circa 9% this morning, MM must be finding it difficult to meet modest demand. To that end, if this modest rate of buying continues until the 2018 FY results, I believe we could quite easily be looking at a bid price of circa 40p. News that the CEO saw fit to pay £575k from his own pocket to add 2.5m shares to his holding, must be putting the company on more investors radar. It also reinforces my thinking that the CEO believes(as opposed to hoping) the company will be making big strides in improving its financial position this year and in FY 2019. | azalea
28/2/2019 12:49 | 12 month high today? | king suarez
27/2/2019 16:27 | Upwards and onwards. | azalea
27/2/2019 08:27 | I suspect in these uncertain times that it is the dividend he is primarily interested in whilst waiting for a bid. Whichever it is, he is in good position now | mattjos
27/2/2019 08:24 | mattjos I agree with all that you say. The purchase by the CEO certainly lends credibility to very promising financial prospects for this company, which has invested millions on its highly efficient dry production lines, all of which is beginning to attract the attention of P.I. With Amzi Wan Hamzah sitting on a 29.1% stake accumulated over a number of years at prices ranging between circa 17-44p, I believe he will either make a bid himself, or sell his stake as the primary vehicle for a foreign buyer to make a bid. Edit: Between 4/10/13 - 15/11/16 , A.W.H. bought circa 14,606 490 shares at prices ranging between circa 17p -44p. Before that he held 49,129,416 shares=22.43%, bought at prices I know not. However, according to Morningstar not less than 24p. | azalea
26/2/2019 12:11 | Looks like we are on a roll here despite still two months to go for FY results. I had to phone my trading desk to top up my holding. Edit: Spread narrowing. bid for 16k @ 26.4p | azalea
26/2/2019 11:58 | Fill or kill 15k..no problem | jailbird
26/2/2019 11:54 | Had mine on limit, not filled. | celeritas
26/2/2019 11:37 | Who is managing to buy? Can't get quote all morning | mattjos
26/2/2019 09:08 | Interesting to see that after the bid price has been stuck at 24.5p for 2-3 weeks, perhaps prompted by yesterday's 25k buy @ 27p, this morning a dummy sell of 20k fetches 25.2p. | azalea
21/2/2019 12:39 | The group reported growth in France in all businesses and good sales in Kazakhstan, India and Turkey. Improvement was noted in the US, despite weather issues, and Senegal. There was a slight fall in sales in Europe, excluding France, and Egypt experienced a ‘sharp’ fall in sales and volumes. | celeritas
21/2/2019 07:51 | Indeed. If it was an institution buying 2.5m, perhaps not so much of an eyebrow raiser, whereas for any individual, let alone the CEO of the company, to do so, is quite another matter. Holding tight. | azalea
20/2/2019 08:47 | He is deploying his cash back, after selling out of Chagala Hotels, late last year, see:hxxps://www.chag He is a firm believer | wilo101
20/2/2019 08:47 | On line I could sell 9k but cannot buy anything, have to phone my trading desk. I suspect, given the CEO activity, MM are not keen to sell any shares, until they know if there is more to this buy than meets the eye. | azalea
20/2/2019 08:40 | cant even buy 50 shares online with HL this am, lol, cheers Wan | wanobi
20/2/2019 08:35 | You know nowt and he knows everything | jailbird
20/2/2019 08:32 | Wow, if the CEO has seen fit to buy 2.5m shares ahead of the FY Results, what does he know that we PI do not? | azalea

19/2/2019 13:23 | Who are SEB, sorry? | king suarez
19/2/2019 13:16 | As buying increases, MM will narrow the spread in the hope of attracting sellers to meet demand. Given the annual update, I wish them luck. | azalea
19/2/2019 12:48 | A few dribbles to clear up I reckon, should hopefully see it pushing 31-32p this week. | celeritas
19/2/2019 12:29 | 60k indicated on offer but, only 12k actually offered. Overhang has gone as far as I am concerned | mattjos |
