Thank you McF, I read back up after I posted the Clogau release and you are correct. I picked up a few more because @.225 ish I can see a blue sky and HH news and hype.

GMOW never owned Gwynfynydd to start with. They had an Option over the area but 'Clogau' the jewellery manufacturing company bought Gwynfynydd back in the summer of 2014 from the previous owner (Leisure Retreats Ltd who wanted to build 22 log cabins there) and applied for an Option themselves fairly soon afterwards. The area was taken out of GMOW's Option last year and GMOW brushed it aside as an area 'covered in forest and difficult to explore'.
GMOW owns no land on their Option area other than maybe the tiny yard at Clogau mine.

how do you know that donald duck is already mining the gold on the quiet and putting it away in his pockets!!! Have a look at his profile on twitter. the man appears to be obsessed with whisky. meanwhile he is drawing over a million quid in wages from various companies and squandering the company money or whatelse. Just look at DOR and the dodgy RTO.

i'm pretty sure GMOW only got a part of what they wanted



basically the BOD is useless and likely messed this up. they simply do not have the licence to mine in the Gwynfynydd mine

in case no one has noticed they have an exploration licence and are yet likely doing nothing whatsoever. they don't even have mining rights even if they did find gold, which they won't because they are not actually doing anything. forget the gold - this is only about HH

Have Clogau bought the mine off Goldmines of Wales? STG owns 49% of GMOW or is it some sort of JV.

is the gold actually going to produce any shareholder value though.... doesn't look like it has any value from what i can tell. production isn't something we'd see for years from what i understand. i.e. attribute 0 value to gold

Well I hope these new Directors show some respect to their shareholders and actually do something productive. I am starting to think the whole stock market is a playground where Directors wander from Company to Company getting paid a salary and are given cheap shares but don't actually produce anything, in what other business or line of work would that be allowed?
