Rabbrooks - I would agree that the current co-CEO set up is unsustinable in the long run. One can only hope that this was 'part of the deal' to get ADN board to agree to the merger & that, after a suitable period, some of the old guard will be cut adrift. I can't think of any other instances of successful companies with co-CEOs (happy to be corrected). Also seems like a recipe for a future power struggle.
