Additional Listing

The Company has allotted and issued 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's share option scheme. The Company has made application for the 20,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 5 April 2018.

Following Admission, the Company shall have 68,714,292 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 3,098,713 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The Company will therefore have 65,615,579 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights, and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The above notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
