Posting of Circular and Notice of EGM
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 23 February 2018 regarding its intention to give effect to an investment of up to GBP19.45 million by Phoenix UK Fund, Stanley Gibbons announces that the Circular (including notice of Extraordinary General Meeting) relating to the Proposed Transaction has been posted to Shareholders and will be available to view at the Group's website www.stanleygibbonsplc.com/investor-relations from 28 February 2018.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 16 March 2018 at the Company's head office at 399 Strand, London WC2R 0LX.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning given in the Group's announcement of 23 February 2018, unless otherwise defined.
